Too much rubber-banding on the races, especially the plane v car one. ALL cars get away from you at the start no matter what and the arcade handing is a disappointment. It's Forza for kids so far. Not even that impressed by the way it looks to be honest as the realism just isn't there. It's like a fancy version of TDU.

im confused. You have it on arcade handling and your complaiing its not real enough?
I reckon it feels pretty good to drive myself, especially when you set the controls to manual with clutch etc.
Main problem will be us Forza regulars that are used to driving A600 & S700 cars that are tuned up nicely going back to driving standard stuff again like in the demo, making it appear a bit woolly in the handling dept.
If you think of it (the game) as a Forza 4 expansion pack with road events, it's pretty good.
If you're experiencing rubber banding, that means you're behind & not fast enough, so surely a good thing? Remember this is a game, not a simulation. Like Forza 4, I suspect the game will only become great when played on-line.
