Got some awesome player kills on lingor last night! within 30 secs of spawning in i could hear a vehicle approaching in the distance and it turned out to be a UAZ in desert colours. Took some shots at the driver who i hit at least once but he got away while taunting me by beepin his horn!... i followed the track along the coast to hunt for wildlife as i needed some blood at that point and managed to find a boar and gut the bugger. I was cautiously approached by a figure in the distance while i was cookin some meat and he got within about 15 foot of me before hiding behind a tree and i did the same! I told him i saw the little bugger and not to hide and we parted ways without a single round exchanged (rare for me as i don't trust and player now)
got to the airfield after passing 6+ player corpses which i can only assume was a bad trade off/altercation and could only piss myself laughing when i saw the UAZ which passed me earlier doing donuts on the airstrip with at least 50+ zombies just chasing him with a ton more all dead on the floor. He drove off sharpish when i engaged with the DMR but he got away again. Jacob was online at that point but went off for some nom noms so i was left deciding where to head to next when just by the air control tower, out pops a player in camo clothing clutching an M4A3 CCO. Bargain. Only had an ak74 on me so that was a worthy upgrade. DMR scoped in. 1 shot to the chest and he bowled over like a sack of s
t! "Sorry so and so" i typed to be met with a "why did you kill me for ffs". "You had camo clothing on" i replied ;D
looted the bugger a few minutes later and got into the control tower to get my bearings again as calamr airfield is one of the main hotspots on the map. Within 2 minutes i hear more gunshots across the airstrip. Lovely i thought. Lets check this fool out and see what the score is. I pop up to the top section to find a dude gutting a cow smack bang in the middle of the airstrip! Got a few shots off at him with the DMR but with zombie aggro on me it was impossible to get a clean shot off. He returned gunfire but i was rolling on the floor like a boss at this point fending off the zeds. To my amazement after a short makarov fest with the zombies i stand to find the idiot still where he was gutting the cow just crouched trying to shoot at me! No chance pal. Well placed round to the swede and he bowls over like a rabbit as well and dies instantly. "Well done dhead" Is the next message in side chat. I respond with "gutting a cow in the open is a big mistake lolol"
The next 30 mins or so i spent in the town just north of the airfield stocking up on goodies and exploring every building for goodies and the remainder of the evening was a general jog avoiding players and me and S8 have got a tent down on the south coast ready for when next get slotted. Got another kill just before i logged when both raided a compound 500m from the tent location. The git was making a dash for the hill but a well placed stanag round to the chest somehow broke his legs and he was rolling around like a hot potato bleeding out. Finished the bugger off and we got some bits and bobs then headed back ready for some more prawning tonight!
Enjoying this map so much more then Cherno at the mo. The server we play on has max vehicle spawn of 80 enabled which makes it more fun as well. Will be on TS later

Yea, just killed a bandit with great shots with an M24 while Ian was running away from him. Then we were attacked and Ian was shot down. I managed to get away and dodged shots through the trees till I got clear and found a safe way to camp. The ural is at camp.
haha awesome. Feel sorry for you ian as you seem to be the magnet for bullets in all our encounters as a group! good that we got something to roll about in on the map as it's a fair old trek around and plenty of loot! oj121 said:

If it's through steam, run steam as administrator, right click on the games, properties and do the check game cache option (or something like it). It will say it has to redownload a file. Then when done, run both arma and the other one through steam once before trying to join a game otherwise... that fixed it for me when I had problems.

My Computer> C: > Program files (X86 if you are running 64bit windows) > Steam > Steamapps > Common > Arma 2 operation arrowhead > Expansion > Beta > arm2oa Should launch Arma 2 like that, however it doesn't solve your other problems :P
Yeah I could run it like that but I used to have Arma 2 and then added CO but while eating my dinner the A2 element disappeared. Its back and working now.
Also my google toolbar has disappeared and wont reload.......No one was on the damn machine and I was away 30 mins max. I didnt even turn it off!!!FFS!

Fixed the Ural then 5mins later server reboots. I reboots every 6 hours (23:01, 05:01, 11:01, 17:01 it seems... UK BST) because they are scared of the dark.
Ayhoes, logged back in, Ural was back at where it was before I fixed it.
It was now 100% fix (all 6 types 100%, it had flats before).
It did NOT have a Jerry in the gear which I left in it, so that never saved.
I didn't have the right gear in my backpack (had some car parts still which I'd already used and a gun from the tents over 2km away which I left there.
It's now at camp, re-saved it with a steal bolt in gear to see if that stays.
So if anyone is on after 07:00 Thursday and at camp can you just say on here if 1) it's still there. 2) if it is does it have the steal bolt in still.
3) is there a DMR in one of the tents, there shouldn't be.

There is no DMR in the tents though, so I guess everything is working. Perhaps the hive was not updated before the restart last time.

Next thing they got snipers on me I duck down hill then I'm getting attacked in Eve so log. When I log back in they are on top of me (fking passed out logging in again with no wounds, been like that since the start of that life). They then are talking st about me getting banned for logging out soon as I mention them using map hacks and that I am using map hacks! HAHA.
