Very nice. I cheered when I saw that. I got him once with the Igla as well. That made Three attack Chopper, 1 F35 and 2 Transport kills. Most in a single game for me.

I have found my Mic. So will be on chat next match. It was right at the bottom of my boys toy box. Little bugger.

Opposition: Global Killers (Torridertriger in my Battlelog friends)
Maps: To be decided – tempted to go Oman Conquest or Kharg Rush as our ones, sticking to familiar ones but equally don’t want to bore – what do people think? (they may have told me they only do Conquest - I will check)

Quick update - they are very keen on playing Almorz Mountain. I know CJ1987 has AK, can everyone else confirming please let me know, if more than two don't I will say no. If its two I'd like to give it a go and carry your priority over to the next match. If that is okay with the majority?

For me the jury is still out on Premium as opposed to buying the packs individually. Probably heard this before: CQ you will like if you like COD, AK is good, but the maps being so large tends to negate team play and it tends to be one on one encounters. Its obviously nice getting the maps early. The premium double XP weekends are proving useful as a while back I decided I ‘needed’ to get to level 100, camo’s are a waste of time in my opinion, the assignments good fun to do (although I’m not bothering with the plane one), and the new vehicles have helped in my level 100 goal as I picked up 10000 XP for each in the last week having got all the unlocks.

With two having said they don’t have it, the pressure is on you, as I think the others all have it?!

I've not it my name down for a couple of these matches now, not been on the ps3 in general a lot lately.

I could be a back up person as I have all the maps but may be going out on Friday so a bit of notice would be needed.

Been enjoying a return to student life. New car, work and dog walks with friends.

Level 100 is a massive goal, THJ. Have you seen how many points you need to get there - even from your level it's got to be several million?

I had a pretty good couple of hour game on a double XP weekend and still only got around 130k points. That's when I wrote off any ideas of getting the golden eagle myself.

If i could sell you mine i would;
1st map pack was ok but never really played it as you could only play it as cqb and not any other style

2nd packs ok, if your playing rush then ive not once seen the defenders defend successfully and the ac-130 is general stupid; on some maps it can spawn rape at any angle so you never get the chance to take it out if defending or it never flies over the target (alborz mountain) so is pointless. Or its vehicle stacked in the attackers favour so your left with fk all to defend with.

2nd pack would have been better if they had had the desert map pack from the original 1942 in which there was excess amount of tanks vs players and a massive playing area, so not only could you hunt in packs as such and have a massive slug fest but also youd never have to wait for a vehicle to respawn.

It is a long way, but I’m finding that I can go up 2/3 levels in one weekend on double XP – I help myself in the week or so before by levelling things to just below XP award levels, eg keep guns at 95, 195, 295 etc, I have still to get the PDW medal so that’s waiting for the next one etc. My SPM is the high end of average so its going to take longer than others, but I enjoy the slog, and I’ve noticed I have just edged past Pexy, with Snafu not far behind – so the race is on!!

My other challenge is tag collecting which is definitely not a slog, getting to close to 1500 of those! Something I don't think I ever mentioned here is that in one game I once managed to get one of our better players 4 times in one match - no names will be mentioned unless they want to fess up.

Ok Thanks for the overview. I will give it a miss and you can put me down for the one after this. Don't want to stop other people playing AK if they want to.

I wont go premium as I have just treated the Panda to some Koni dampers. That's my pocket money gone till Christmas I guess.

Not as bad as when I called out I hadn't got any PHers tags...

Next game Pexy took 7 sets of mine in one round of metro!

The fker was running past half a dozen teammates just to snaffle my tags before they killed him.

Still not sure I've forgiven him for that...
