There was one or two where I was pissing myself - a whole team trying to break out of spawn to cap the platform, working through the corridors only for Pex to dive straight through to knife me.

The other guys, whilst shooting you, must have thought 'hold on, what's this guys deal - a single grenade could have taken us all but instead he's kamikazied for a set of tags? WTF?!'

I have since earnt myself some PH tags, but to be honest I never seem to get into a position to take tags. Dunno why, but most of my killing is at medium range.

Maybe I should practise my pistol and knife work.

Nope still behind me . Yes, my SPM is significantly lower than yours, and I have been able to put in more time recently but when the record books are written...... the race is on!! Had my first 100 kill match last night, sorry to the guys who I invited in, I hit the wrong button and went in to a game automatically - my heart sank when I saw a 1500 ticket game - far too long. Got 16 nemisis ribbons though!

Allaloneatron - nope wasn't you.

All - as so many of you don't have AK I have requested that Friday is original or B2K maps. Is everyone okay with Oman as our choice. I know we have played it a lot but think it makes sense to stick with familar for matches?

Friday match agreed as Seine and Oman.
They have asked no vehicle stealing/vehicle destroying while in base which I think is fair enough.

I thought that if you put C4 on a vehicle someone else was driving and detonated it, nothing happens to the jeep or driver?

Also, are the guided rockets the attack heli PILOT has work off of the laser designator the pilot runs or kinda fire n forget missiles with mini homing heads in?

yeah but if the vehicle gets shot at the c4 gets detonated so bye bye tank

re c4, true, I just don't want him driving off with it!! I do though have a feeling that attaching C4 which the enemy then blows does you a lot of trouble. I can remember in the days when the AA tank was worth using I kept beating someone in the race for it and they set c4 all over me. One hit from the enemy heli and I went sky high.

Re guided rockets - no idea - still to get a single kill as pilot, and I am now trying.

Are you up for Friday? Generally when you message me its too late.

Guided rockets in the heli pilot seat are not lasar guided, they just seem to home in on what you're firing at a bit better. Not sure how the guidance works, as there's no lock on at all.

I got quite a few on that server last night before jacking it for hc, far to many tickets for my liking. What surprised me the most was that i was able to get gun kills as a passenger at most things i shot at - must have had a good connection lol

Dont know, i prefer to go out or see the missus, hence why i can never confirm for a Friday as i dont know what im up to.

If you want me to set up a HC match, id need to ask for temp 'admin' to the ph server or is anyone else interested in chipping in for a HC Server?

Slightly off topic, but does anyone know why the PH server doesn't refill when people leave? Ended up steamrollering people last night because the other team wouldn't populate.

This is correct- they "curve" by a couple of degrees at end of flight (of their own accord) so you tend to get a few more hit markers when using. Also only works for ground (not air) vehicles. Good luck on Friday lads.

I don't agree with the agreed rule of not stealing enemy vehicles, goes against my nature as I'm prone to borrowing stuff from the enemy.
