KarlMac - Personally I have no idea, found Snafu on it at cira 8 and it was full, you guys gradually came on, but then as you say at around 10 it started to dwindle, and I have seen that happen a few times recently. Does the Dice/EA system prioritise your server for a bit then pass those entering via Quick match to other servers? Its frustrating although I took full advantage of it and got 8 of the 10 Mcomms on the last match I played!

Lemmings – re server admin rights, Sway is the only one who can provide so may be best off sending him a message when you have a match to set up, alternatively I can do it on your behalf. The guy I had from a UK team for a HC match seems to have evaporated.

AJM – sorry they were insistent! They appear to have a very good plane pilot so I guess this ensures he always has something to fly. We'll need to have a better plan than last week for taking him out!

Taking stuff when it's out the base is still good though. Can live with that,

Maps are good, what % will it be?

Put me down for a place on Friday if any slots left if none left put us as a reserve. Got to say that i nearly rage quit last night on bazzar rush as was getting fked over big style luckily ps froze and saved us the trouble.

Ajm - 100% tickets – what with warm up this tends to give matches of just under two hours which I think is right? Does this mean you are turning into a definite for Friday?

Snafu – three places left so you are in. Are you talking about the Rush game where we didn’t even get out of the Spawn? If so, yes very frustrating, I even put on my headset and tried to speak to you so we could hatch a plan, but I guess you couldn’t hear.

judge - im unable to search for clans via the website unless im 'admin' on a server, you know, just being able to boot someone for being a prick - nothing else.

However, the Azz dude has got back to me now but i dont know if hes linked to the clan or just like having azz as his header

Tbh as long as they're just a good plane pilot then it doesn't mean st. Planes are good against planes and choppers, that's it. I've never seen a good airhead win a match, rotorhead yes, airhead no.

If we get a pilot like we had on the last Oman match we either need a decent jet up or a quick switch to SOFLAM/Jav/Stinger.

Anything else we need to improve on for Oman? We seem okay on the smaller infantry maps where our wild random style seems to confuse, especially if we've got one focused SpecOps squad on the loose. On the bigger maps it doesn't work so well as we're just all over the place. Assign flags? Try and stick a bit tighter?

I think someone had spoken about having the squad leader having team chat, but the respective squad has only squad chat.

So we could work better that way, but would require leader's who can communicate.

Also, unless totally needed, i would leave air support alone as they can't steal our's so it can sit untouched if we are getting over run on ground points.
Oman, needs A/B kept regardless of what side we are on.

Have we played with them before?

The new maps in AK are quite nice though on PS3 they are simply too big for 24 guys. Especially if you find yourself without a mode of transport. I spent more than half a match on bandar wandering about on me todd!

Also can set up this dumb game play where you seem to go round in circles with the enemy moving from flag to flag. Capturing them without opposition while they capture one of yours.

I think we need squads to stick to flags.. maybe have 3 man squads to get the extra squad.

Maps: Seine and Oman both conquest.

REMEMBER – agreed rule is no vehicle stealing from bases and or destroying vehicles in bases!

We have the team, listening to everyone, this my suggestion for squads/which correspond to flags:

Squad A
Sway
Snafu (assume you will grab tank and roam)
no_fck_n_way

Squad B
Fussyfez
Pexy
Allaloneatron

Squad C
Ossandy
MiniMan64
Sa20v
Insider

Squad D

Xtraboost (On Oman are you happy going high with a spawn beacon and soflam? On Seine if I call first dibs on the tank, engineer with repair and proximity?)

Obviously shout if changes are thought necessary. Suggest we stick to this fairly rigidly for Oman, more flexible for Seine? Squad C is deliberately larger as they are at the choke point for vehicles coming up from the land base when we attack from the sea, they can easily get to D to retake if necessary and have good oversight so equipping with javelins will be useful. Make sense? Improvements?

However, the opposition are British and could be reading this!!

Could? I think it's guaranteed!

A is a bd flag to hold with one squad - very open, easy to attack with heli/snipers. Tank is easy to bottleneck with mines.

However, I'm thinking c4 and claymore traps. Spawn beacon tucked out the opposite side to B. Big magazines for spraying and praying (my usual style) with squad suppression, explosives and ammo perks.

Plus a certain mental Scotsman playing with jeeps...

Bit of an update - played with the AZZ lot last night on Rush with Snafu - the dude reads/writes English but not sure if he understands what im on about tbh but there a so so team with no standout performers i think (ok their on paper stats have us licked but not the way they play they dont). Ill try and get Judge in when im playing with them next and do the introductions as such.

Judge - that game you jumped in last night was shocking. Map before it was running smoothly, then all of a sudden, it went st - hitting people with the spas at 5m, 5 buckshots hits later and the dudes at 80% health and im dead. Plus alot of other iffy stuff going on but hey ho, only a game madfuriouslaugh

CJ1987 knows I like giving him the suicide missions!

Granted A is exposed but I’m hoping the guys on B will assist physically (is that possible online? I guess you know what I mean?), C with some Javelins from a distance, Xtraboost with the soflam from D, and me with the LAV. If it does get too hot as its too exposed, suggest this is the one to let go and we concentrate on holding the other three so their tickets count down. As I think Miniman said, in the last match where the opposition seemed set on holding A we should have left them to it and waited to take them out as they advanced on us.

Anyone up for a practice tonight?

Was meant to be going to bed, but thought ‘why not have a quick blast’, started really well as I joined just at the end of the Bazaar game, deployed mortar, two shots, one kill with each, was loving HC, then we started that 1500 ticket match……

Re AZZ have sent a battlelog friend request to the guy you mentioned,and a couple of others, if any of them gets back to me I will try communicating through there and let you know how it goes. If we do it there I can send him a match invite and he should get the idea. Alternatively do we have any Italian speakers?
