MS are probably working on a multi-changer right now biggrin
Wow, what a game changer that would be. Having to change the disk every 20 hours. I don't know if I'll manage I might have to buy a PS3 instead.
Do they take that long to load up?

Huh? Change the disk I.e completed all content....

Please keep your fanboy comments off the thread, the threads about Gta. You don't have to try and convince me a Ps3 is better, you picked that for your reasons I picked mine because its what I wanted.

Back on topic, I really hope they put a Sasquatch suit in the game.

It's a safe bet that it won't be.

Looking back at the PC release date compared to previous titles i'm starting to doubt it too

It was alleged to be, but it's not. If it's anything like the prior titles, it'll be nigh on a year after. frown

GTA IV was better on 360, so even if disc changing (which isn't a hardship) is a part of it I'm getting the 360 version.

Not a chance. The PC version was like a new game in comparison, and that's not even factoring in the world of mods available for it.

Pot kettle makes no sense in this instance, learn to read.

Very calm, it's the Internet.

Draw distances, car variety (notice how there was only a limited type of cars at any given moment on the Xbox?), shading, explosions, it all looks much prettier.

I'm assuming you'll be able to install on the 360 to save from changing disc?

After reading those magazine scans my feelings about the game right now are this bouncebouncebouncebouncebounce

"GTA 5's world is bigger than the worlds of Red Dead Redemption, San Andreas and GTA IV combined"

Not sure how well the multi-character thing will work, but glad to see they have dumped the girlfriend pestering aspect.

I didn't realise the trailer theme music was actually a 1968 track by the Small Faces (the interestingly titled Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake). I had thought it was an in-house generic 70s/80s West coast track with some funk / hip-hop vibe. I couldn't be more wrong! Definitely a bit of music history that I need to explore.

Bullst was it. I had it on PS3 for ages before getting the 360 version purely for the multiplayer and was severely dissapointed.

Just a thought, the press stuff was worded something like "if you take the interior and exterior space into account, the map is bigger than..." Perhaps it just a case that all the buildings are accessible, full of generic interiors and the actual map isn't as big as the other 3 combined.

I hope so, could make for some amazing missions if you had lots of staircases and office blocks to fight the police off. Especially in co-op?

The way I'm reading the economy stuff, I think an awful lot of the stores and businesses are going to be visitable, possibly for a protection racket or for purchase. I think they'll probably go with the idea of making the map somewhere around the same size as GTA IV but with a lot more content.
