Op updated AGAIN.

Pi changed one last time. Did some testing and found there was a huge gap. Racing is really close now.

How is everyone for Tuesday nights?

can we clarify a couple of things?

tyres and sizes. is it now racing slicks only? and is it standard sizes?

i personally think the sizes should be free to change but keep everyone on a set tyre compound...
I suppose at the end of the day all you are doing is increasing power for less straight line speed. Or the the other way round. Or whatever, my brain has stopped for tonight. Use slicks, but whatever size you want.

One thing josh said, if we end having a large amount of participants, we may have to split into two lobbies. Apparently the accepted idea is to set a lap time around a track and use those to order the lobbies.

Um right. Sorry for all the confusion. I've been finding it difficult to understand what I'm doing myself, so god knows what you lot think! I'll be on in a minute to explain all, but as we left it was slicks, any size. I think.

Tell me about it! Honestly wasn't expecting this. All from a man known as Alex "couldntorganiseapissupinabrewery" Williams as well...

Also, I'll be on in a minute. Anyone who has a car set up and fancies half an hour round silverstone get your arse on.

Any civic is fine, and definitely that BMW fatty!

I'll be on in a minute, for yet another practice session.

I'm just going to pick a date, is NEXT MONDAY good for most people?

Wow, thanks so much Fatty. I've been putting it off as its such a pain on my iPad.

Lobby up now, if you have a BTCC car try and use it, if not feel free to choose A class shizzum.

Is that enough notice for everyone? First round, silverstone int, about 20 laps? Lobby up at 9, kick off as soon as everyone's ready?

Unfortunately, I pretty much chopped the tip of my finger off at work today, so it's all bandaged up. I may be able to play, I'm not sure yet.

I've no idea sorry! In one hour and 30 minutes it'll start. Keep it simple.

Secondly, how?

I had to go to first aid and everything. No lollipop though frown

Essentially, I was taking the lid of a big drum of grease, and assumed that the edges would be nice and rounded.

They were not. At all.

I honestly didn't feel anything until it was pointed out that the grease hadn't actually gone funny, I was just bleeding into it.

Right. First of all, apologies for the insane lag on my part at the moment. My old man has decided now is a good time to upload a bunch of photos to some site to make into a book.

I can only hope he is done in the next half hour.

Well well well. I really enjoyed that. Chin up josh wink

I'm happy to take a drop in PI for the E36s. Also, not meaning to cause offence or anything like that, but if some of the guys who were slightly off the pace managed to accidentally find 3 or 4 PI from an air filter or an exhaust I'm sure that would be cool. After all I'm just trying to get the racing as close as possible.

iIf someone who was clever enough to remember to save the replay could get it on their storefront I will have a look at some of the racing. Namely josh on laps 1 to 20 wink

Seriously, I will have a look at the accused weaving etc.

RESULTS:

1st - Echo Cobra - 10 points. +1 for lead lap
2nd - Rockin Fatty - 8 points +1 for lead lap
3rd - AndyD - 7 points
4th - Doodmau5 - 6 points
5th - Zimmerski - 5 points
6th - Forzaracing - 4 points
7th - Smeghead - 3 points
9th - Luke111s - 2 points
10th - Y2blade - 1 point
11th - Domestic Abuse
12th - StevisPaul

Next week ----- LAGUNA SECA!

Chuck, YHM.

If people would like, I can get some tunes up on my storefront for specific cars. Taking requests. For free.

There were other things I wanted to say, but typing those results out took so fking long I forgot.

Thanks again!

Watching the Replay back, it seems I had a buggered gearbox the whole race.

Ah.
Don't worry, that's just a bug in the replay. I'm assuming you use clutch? If so, forza can't quite keep up with how fast you change gear, so in the replay it will think you have changed without clutch. It's pretty thick.

Blade, yhm.
