No, but I recently downloaded the original via the PSN for free as part of my Playstation Plus membership.

Seems a bit slow to begin with and my character is seriously under-equipped to deal with most of the enemies except the Skag's. Does it get more interesting as the game progresses?

Sorry to go slightly off-topic...

Got this on PSN too after all the hype, seems like Bioshock on land but crap.

It does take a bit of getting used to but it is worth it if you persevere...

put fecking hours into this game with a mate. Loved it.
Really slow and clunky to start, but well worth it once you've got toxic etc weapons.

Soo tempted to pre-order...

Pre-loaded. Very excited - I got utterly addicted to the original.

Out on the piss tonight, so can't play until tomorrow :-(

Dilemma as to character. Played both soldier and sniper through in the original. May go for Berzerker this time.

Nope, Friday for the UK.

However if you have pre-ordered on steam you could probably use a VPN to unlock it today,
might give that a go later.

It is against the Steam rules - not going to risk it personally for the sake of a couple of days...

Played about 4 and a half hours of it last night, It's very good.
The gun's feel a lot better a lot of variety and it is quite challenging so far!
I got pretty lucky and a very powerful MIRV grenade mod dropped early so that's been coming in handy.

You have possibly downloaded the wrong game, because the Borderlands I played was nothing like Bioshock?

Also, much better in co-op, so play with friends and it is a much better game.
