Love it.

So what's the advantage in attacking random towns or revenge attacks rather than just attacking your friends towns?
More gold?

I'm in the same boat, I'm sure there is a point and it's really good but I can't see it yet frown

Miss FiF and I are arranging counter attacks on each other to try and maximise defence points etc.

Might work.

Basically

1) Send nerds to attack other SF. They're not permanent people they're just tools that disappear once their job is done.

Now you can choose how many nerds to use on each house. The more you use the less time it takes them to fully destroy a house. If you fully destroy a house (after say 11 hours of your nerds attacking it without the 'owner' tapping on that house (which will in his view have a shield placed above it) you get the full payout. If the owner defends the house before the nerds have had time to fully destroy it, you get a much smaller payout.

The biggest payout is in destroying the castle. Even if your effort gets defended before it's fully destroyed, you still get a much bigger payout than if a regular house gets defended.

So the best policy is target castles (they offer highest payouts when fully destroyed and when not fully destroyed)

So the question remains, how many nerds should you use per house?

Well assuming everyone is playing quite often at the beginning and will likely defend their houses from being destroyed (by clicking on the shield icon above the house you're attacking) that means you're unlikely to fully destroy a house. So best just stick one nerd per house/castle and get lots of the 'defended' payouts.

If however you're smart and know which of your friends will likely be asleep, then stick enough nerds on that building to destroy it before he wakes up and defends it.

2) Gain gold/elixir from defending your houses/castle and attacking others and use to win prizes and to upgrade your castle.
Upgrading your castle increase the number of nerds produced per 2 hour period, and also increases the number of nerds required to destroy your castle by others in a given time period.

Or something like that smile

I'm still waiting for Lisa's quest to start , does it depend on how far you have got with Homers ? What are the cheat jewels for at the minute I can't use them.

Yeah you have to go through with the Homer quests first.

Cheat jewels instantly wreck opponents castles so you get elixir and gold instantly, you have to wait for them to unlock.

I woke up this morning and my nerds had collected 2000 elixer and 500 gold. Nice.

Just for information I am adopting the TSTO convention.

Hail ants sign = not going to be defended so attacker can gain their maximum benefit.

Castles will be defended.

Ignore that

If you go to Krustyland while some buildings are under attack it automatically removes the shields but you don't get any elixir / gold.

So stuff will be defended.

The payout for attacking 'randoms' is double the payout for attacking friends, so why bother attacking friends at all?
