Yep, same here - $2.5M for ditching a small house farm. Pretty chuffed.

Liking the mystery boxes. So far in return for some of the free donuts I've acquired, I've had:
- Kearney (yay!),
- Tire Fire (yay!)
- Lard Lad Donuts (yay!)
- 10 Donuts (yay!)
- Minnow Pond (Boooooooooooooo!)

Not a bad haul really.

Seems like they've also removed the requirement for Brandine to complete the St Patrick's Day tasks (if you have her). That was a blocker for me as she was mid way through the 90 day task that gets you a new Spuckler Kid character. The St Paddy's prize wasn't worth cancelling that for me, but looks like I may now be able to get it after all.

Just sold off nearly 100 blue houses from the inventory , made a few million from it. And I just bought a mystery box and got the blue haired lawyer.

My first ones sold for 54000 each, the price comes down as you have less left, the last few sold for about 1200.

If memory serves I sold about 50. The first 40 or so were 56k each, then it quickly decreased. By the 50th it was around 10k. Not sure if it's a sliding scale depending on how many you have or a fixed amount though. I don't think it goes any lower than the new price though, could be wrong.
Worth trying a few if you've that many!

Problem is you can't just sell them. You have to place each one then sell them one by one. I don't have any space. And it's so annoying when you want to click on something it selects everything around it first before the item you want.

How long did it take you to sell 200?

I was wrong. I Just made $35,000,000 in 5 minutes!
Next to each item in the inventory is a dollar sign for a quick tap to confirm/sell. No need to place them and sell them individually. I Got 54,000 each until I had 12 left then got 50,000 for that one so I stopped selling.

Thanks to the fire in central London yesterday killing the phone data signal, I couldn't get into the game pre-update to build a shedload more houses to sell. So much for insider trading

Nonetheless based on the success of others posted above I ploughed my 40 odd donuts into the Burns mystery box and got (in chronological order):

Springfield Tyre Fire (worth 40 donuts)
Itchy and Scratchy billboard (worth 40 donuts)
Bomb shelter
10 donuts
Mill Pond
Lard lad donuts (worth 110 donuts)
Channel 6 news van (worth 40 donuts)
30 donuts, so at his point I'd unlocked at least 230 donuts worth of premium items and was back to the 40 donuts I'd started with.....

A khlav stand
Another news van
Another Itchy and Scratchy billboard

A third bomb shelter
A second mill pond

So in the event that Springfield is destroyed again, i'll have plenty of places people can take refuge and my Springfielders will get to watch excellent coverage of events as they unfold. Plus there would be no need to resort to cannibalism thanks to excellent freshwater fishing opportunities.

You can sell straight from the inventory menu, no need for placing rhem!
