Me too - Can't seem to earn enough DNA as I don't have enough character/job options compared to the other commodities.

I'm in the same boat; got the Farmer's Market yesterday, but I'm still 3,000 DNAs away from the Gas 'n' Grub.

How far does everyone suggest to upgrade the centre and the poison gas dealy before hoarding everything trying to get the farmers market and the gas and blow?
I've stopped at 20 and my quantities aren't exactly piling in..

My Monsarno and Herbicide are both on Level 16, I'm leaving them as they are now.

I'm 1000 fertiliser off the Market and 2000 DNA off the Gas and Grub. The Opera House has upgrades now, it needs DNA though. I'm going to leave it until I've got the Gas and Grub sorted, then maybe upgrade after that.

In an attempt to ask a helpful question on this thread, i'll go with: 'what in the name of ninja space badgers is going on?'

DNA, musical notes, corn, several quest threads. I seem to be missing out on stuff all over the place thanks to not having the time for obsessive tapping at the moment or undertaking the necessary maths to work out what to upgrade and when. This whole thing has left me cold. Bring back the superhero update, that was way easier

Theatre masks are a new collectable thing to upgrade the Opera House, upgrading gives more people jobs to collect masks, same as before with fertiliser/corn/DNA etc.

Got the farmers market (its a 24 hour build though), and I've put the opera house to level 3 to get the theatre seats and a few more jobs available. Now I really really mean to build up the DNA . Really this time!

I've managed to 'finish' each act so far with 3-4 days to spare but i'm still miles off the Farmers Market and the Gas station..
Now upgrading the opera house wil use up even more resources...
How are you guys getting so much!

It's a real struggle. Every 2 hours logging in, setting everyone on their shortest DNA task or whatever you need them to do over and over every day. That's how it's done.

Usually with that kind of effort I'd be breezing through everything no problem. This time I think I'm going to have to pick and mix through the prizes I want because they're just not all possible
