Rather annoyingly, my game keeps crashing whenever I try and get Homer to perform the 'Practise Monorail Conducting' task...

I also have a task to make Lisa shop at the Kwik-E-Mart, which is showing as having been completed -155 out of 1 times...

Just seen on another forum that I need to build the Monorail Station before I can start this task.

Once the monorail pieces get going, this is going to take a lot of fitting in and moving stuff around.

You can place the pieces on the road which is handy, so if you've got a good road layout you can follow that which is what I plan to do.

I've been playing TSTO for years i'm starting to find it a bit over complicated and i'm losing interest as a result. What happened to 8 / 12 hour tasks? It feels like I need a spreadsheet to work out who should be doing what and when between Springfield Heights and the monorail. Then to sit there for hours grinding out very short tasks. Maybe they're responding to customer feedback for more to do in game, but i'm not sure if it's for me at all frown

Me too, I've not logged in for ages. I reset my phone last week and haven't even bothered reinstalling yet ...

30 second tasks...again!
Whlst the Springfield Heights task are still running and haven't been adjusted. Most annoying!
Even with well laid out roads, forming a perfect single loop is going to take some serious track building and organising..

Yep lost patience with it a week ago. Removed it from phone, it's sitting on an ipad somewhere, might reinstall it when Samsung release the tabS2, but only might.

In my view, the best way to enjoy this game is with many 10's of thousands of donuts courtesy of Reddit!

Miss FiF took that route and it completely spoilt the game for her. Each to their own.

Considered the Reddit nuclear option but decided against it.
Would be too easy after all of these many, many, many moons of having the game since day 1 before it was taken off the app store and playing it properly..

Not sure EA have got the weighting correct with the monorail update. I think i'll manage to unlock the new character before the deadline but it'll be close.
