Not really. You get the Mountain Lodge and then Number 1 can generate lattes with an hour long task but that seems to be it.

You know you can now reduce the size of the condos/car parks etc to whatever size you like along its upgrade path. Tap on the condo and slide across the options. I've reduced my entire SFH to the lowest sizes.

yeah - similarly, ive kept one of each building just for token's sake and stored everything else away. makes the small amount of land in SFH more usable. now upgrading one of my floating islands - they look good when at level 5.

we could do with an extra square of Ocean though!

That's a bloody good tip as the really tall buildings block out so much of anything behind them.

These presents can be hard to spot - dropped behind buildings etc!

Need just over 3k for Patches and Poor Violet, with the gingerbread house finishing later - it is going to be touch and go!

Never gonna get the orphans! Need 900 in 11 hours. Don't know how I've missed them - I've been pretty on top of this season.

No tasks are there to give me the lump I need - finished everything days ago.

did you do the following?

Woolly bully every 4 hours (did this)
Visiting friends every day (I hardly bothered)
Tapping in your town every 4 hours (mostly this)
Doing all the tasks every day (very important)

All taken care of.
Didn't do too much friend visiting but got the other stuf done early - had to do a lot of waiting for the Christmas people to spawn.
The one thing I didn't really bother with is the squishy shack. Still at level 7.

Hit the button that moves stuff around / builds roads, etc and then press the button to hide buildings. You can then look to see where the presents are, turn the buildings back on, go back to the normal view and tap the presents.

The new challenge is to craft and place the irregular Christmas trees. If you have already done that, the game doesn't recognise it and you can't place a second one, or move or store and replace it to accept the challenge.
