Just had a look at some of the blog for event info.

Some pretty unspectacular prizes in the first phase. But I'm guessing that's just the build up.

Kinder a bummer that I've just put everyone on 24hr task too.

So how are people getting on with the Terwilliger stuff?

I'm coming up to Act One prize 6 fertilizer, and coming up to Monsarno upgrade level 6. What I'm not sure of is how the hell are we supposed to get the craft items? I've got the Monsarno Cafeteria, somehow. The farmers market is in my task list, but it's 15250 fertilizer?!?! I've got 700, which will disappear with the next Monsarno upgrade. I've got to prize 3 or 4 on most of Cecil's tasks.

Found it quite slow to get going, and with quite a few different elements to fathom, but now opening up a bit now with most characters on tasks, neighbour tapping etc (though the app crashes on some individual towns for me - don't know why).

I agree about the crafting especially as these are the same items that are needed to upgrade the research facility - or is there a limit to the upgrades?

I've maxed out on Monsarno upgrades (level 7) it then won't let you upgrade until Act 2, so you can begin saving for the items.

I'll get prize 7 today and have 1750 fertiliser and 1480 corn saved up for the farmers market saved up.

its a PITA to get the hang of and i hate having characters on task for differing amounts of time.

as its another 40 day task - im hoping the prizes get better as we go on.

AFAIK the collectibles reset in Act 2 and again in 3 so if you don't get the items or market etc before it switches they're gone-they've made it impossibly hard if you don't have a stack of premium characters

Im really not feeling this challenge. I enjoy Easter eggs, snakes, ghouls, Christmas and the superheroes was brilliant but this one just doesn't seem interesting.

Too much effort for too little reward IMHO.
