Two missions in particular stand out, both because they made excellent use of music to set the scene and spur you on as you went. Once you've finished the game, you will know which two I mean.
Could you say which ones they are please? Because I have had the music turned off since early in the game. JonRB said:

MINOR INCONSEQUENTIAL SPOILERS AHEAD!!!Sorry, I don't now how to use spoiler tags, must look it up.
The missions are the Cannabis fields mission, where you are instructed to burn Hoyt's drug fields, and the final mission of the game, where you escape in a helicopter, and you get to man the LMG on the side as you fly away.

Ah right, thanks. I've already done the cannabis fields mission so missed that. Oh well.
In other news, I've just taken out two helicopters with the grenade launcher; that was quite amusing.

Have you taken one down with an explosive arrow yet? That feels rather good! I am yet to hit the pilot with a regular arrow though and watch the helicopter plummet.
Oh, one question. I've still got about 3 things to craft that require Path of the Hunter quests to get them, but all the ones lately have been generic quests rather than ones that yield the stuff I need. Do I have to do a certain number of non-rare Path of the Hunter quests before I get a rare one?
Also, I was rather annoyed to have fought an albino crocodile with a machete only to find its skin is not something that is needed for any of the special crafting items. Booo!

They are all available, you just need to start at the correct outpost. A quick google will throw up a list of pertinent outposts that hold rare hunts.
Great suggestion. I feel a bit stupid for not thinking of that myself If anyone else is interested there is a list here:

I only just found these;

Now to get that achievement alluded to at the end.

I don't think I have ever been ambushed by a land animal. They all make warning noises (at least on the middle difficulty level) which is a bit of a giveaway.
Crocs are different though. They're sneaky bds.
Im about 7 hours in to this game, and still haven't been attacked by either a croc or shark, mind you i don't really give them a chance toCrocs are different though. They're sneaky bds.

I'm done.
I have by no means got 100%, but I dont think running about collecting relics is much fun, and I have taken enough outposts for it to be of nominal interest now.
Cant really see much in the way of replayability sadly, other than restricting equipment/skills i can use during a playthrough which doesn't appeal.
Will be trading it in before the trade value decreases too much and will probably walk out with dishonored or Xcom.
Good game though overall. 7.5/10

I've been playing the coop missions with a friend, and I'm really enjoying those. The constant shooting is great fun, though it bears little in common with the single player experience. I also really like the way you have to unlock the upgrades for your guns as you level up, a shame there are only 6 missions tbh.
I have found by playing this mode, that the U100 LMG thing is the best gun in the game for shredding enemies, its better than the ripper. It uses a lot of ammo though, which is not a problem in coop mode are there re so many ammo and explosive refills dotted about, it really encourages you to throw everything you've got at the enemy because you know you can just restock mid-fight.
