That's the beauty of the game. So many ways to skin the cat!

Nearly bought this today...it is £25 in Tesco.

Now the "ZOMG new game is amazballs" stuff is out of the way is it worth bothering with????
I banged on about it for about an hour on the way to Goodwood and you still don't believe me? Ffs chum.

Co-op is worth it alone. It's the best single player game I've played in years. On par with skyrim but more guns less magic is more my thing!

The people are fine though, presumably? Just not the (other) animals. wink
Absolutely. No problems with killing people left right and centre.. And post apocolypic irradiated people too if you count ghouls in fallout 3 (though I didn't like killing the mole rats)....

Just got on to the second island. I love this game so much! Unleashing a caged tiger to do my job for me then pick off the odd one with a bow and arrow. Love it!

You really haven't lived until you've shot a monkey in the face with a .44 Magnum.

Yes you are right don't want kids hearing foul language from the room next door where they can't see the tv.
Try headphones.

Next!

I know was thinking that but my sofa is quite a distance from my av unit and headphone cable won't stretch far enough, might have to invest in an extension lead.

Still think its a good idea to have an option to toggle bad language, instead of "I'm gonna fk you up " they could have "I'm gonna right bh slap you " instead, like a kind of camp baddie setting for a bit of humour.

Or perhaps not lol.

Got some nice technics headphones from DJ'ing so will just invest in an extension lead as the £9 ones will probably sound turd.

Thanks for the feedback though buddy.

Okay, maybe I do like this game. I stopped doing missions and started getting material for crafting. Not sure how I'm going to get shark skin though scratchchin
I just happened to see a shark off the beach after playing the game for little over a couple of hours. I shot it and it sank so i swam to it and skinned it.

On my way to the first radio tower in the game, I got bitten by a snake. I nearly fell off the sofa with surprise, it still gives me the creeps thinking about it!!

Sorry chap, Have not long been up...foggy and crappy outside can't be arsed to head out.

Might pop to Tesco and get FC3 during the week although tbh I still have loads of GTA4 left (not even touched the add-on disc yet)

I'm in very much the same situation, with an 11 year old daughter - I usually wait until she's gone to bed to play most games (one of the good things about World of Tanks - on the whole, no-one actually gets killed, certainly not visably, and there's a swaer filter on the typed chat).

I do remember my wife's uncle moaning a few years ago about the foul language in a game his son was playing... his son was about 14, the game (Kingpin) was an 18, and on the whole I felt that he should have been more concerned about the way that, to start with at least, your only weapon is a pipe, which doesn't do enough damage to finish someone off in one hit, so generally you have to track them by the trail of blood they're leaving in order to finish the job. One of the few games that's actually made me feel on the squeamish side (I would have been in my 20s at the time). But of course, he'd not actually looked at the game, or considered the rating, just heard a few "fks" coming over the speakers in the lad's bedroom...
