Just saw that and pre-ordered it immediately. I was probably going to get it anyway... but I can't remember what the last game to get a perfect score from Eurogamer was.

From memory it was a little Indie game on PC called Hotline Miami, which is excellent.

Looks good to me, when it eventually appears on steam I'll order it.

It looks great. Let's hope it's not the same bug ridden mess that was far cry 2 though. That was a real disappointment!

FC2 was a great game - respawning checkpoints aside.

Eurogamer is one of the few sites I'll trust with reviews these days. FC2 wasn't as bad as you make out, it had moments of greatness and introduced loads of features that games are still trying to catch up on now, the dynamic fire, weapon deterioration & freedom to go about your missions however you liked, it just suffered by being far too repetitive in nature, to the point where it was a grind.

Have to disagree, FC2 had a couple of issues, mainly with enemy respawns, and everyone in a vehicle instantly attacking you, But was one of the best games I played.
Sneaking through a Jungle at night, attacking a camp, then trying to escape while being chased was just epic.

Having fallen for how good FC2 looked pre-release (and the cd key in my pre-ordered copy not working) I'm going to wait until real people, not paid reviewers, have played the game. Granted it does look pretty decent but I'm not forgetting FC2 in a hurry

Wish this was available on Steam. Hate having to have multiple different "download manager/community portals" for individual games. It's bad enough having to run Origin pretty much just for Mass Effect 3 and Battlefield 3, now I'd have to run Uplay just for this.
