Forza 4 - PH Classic 60's
Discussion
Hello - There will be Classic 60's sporstcar racing EVERY WEDNESDAY. All welcome.
Please feel free to send me a friends request if you are not in the Forza4 xxPH club.
My GT is "oO John S4x4 Oo"
Cars are sport cars from 1960-1970 with a PI of B495. We already have a good selection of pre-built cars in the PH garage for you to just turn up, choose and race.
You can also download all the B495 tunes from my storefront for free and paint up your own car if you so wish. You can also build a B495 tune to enter as follows :-
No Engine swaps
No Transmission conversion
No Race gearbox
No Aero
Standard or period aftermarket wheels only
There will be a handicap system for those finishing on the podium and quite a few cars will be DLC cars from the DLC packs eg MGB GT.
Some cars, like the Austin Healey, are not classified as sportscars in Forza4, so you won't be able to enter in those. Sorry I will also be excluding all American muscle cars, as they should be racing in a TransAm race series. The exception to the rule, will be the Corvettes and Mustangs, which are allowed to race.
There are also CLASSIC 50's races too
Any European car between 1950 and 1959, except the Porsche 550. Tunes on the storefront if need be, or build to the above spec.
There are also added RETRO 80's races now. Same build as above, but you can race any car between 1980 and 1991
You can also race in the following 2 cars, as long as they are standard :-
1988 Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV (selectable via changing Player Group)
1984 Ferrari GTO (selectable via changing Player Group)
You can also use the 1991 Ferrari 512TR -- All upgrades available, as long as it is in B Class. Avoid adding rollcages and non period wheels.

I will allow sport boxes and turbo's, but I frown on the use of them.
So you can race with them, but why race with 80's turbo technology when 60's high revving NA sounds so much better ? Having fun with the build and racing is the main thing. If it all get serious, I might just introduce something called "points scoring"

for some reason it has never gone well this type of championship.
Yours was alright mate! Only problems I can remember are the sheer domination of the Miura, and someone being a moaning little bh because they couldn't tune a 911 2.7 RS. Either way sounds right up my strada John, if I can connect im in
