Even the consoles are going to get 43 cars on track in any weather @60fps, at Le Mans at least.
I read that the big grids are for single player mode, multiplayer will be same grid size as all other multiplayer console games?

Are you able to confirm that please?
Grid sizes are one of the few things confirmed in the FAQ: http://www.projectcarsgame.com/faq.html

How many opponents can you play against?

45 offline (depending on the grid size of the track) on all platforms
16 online on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and 32-bit PC
32 online on 64-bit PC
Cool, so it was right what I'd read smile
Thanks

A couple of days after getting an e-mail from Amazon to say they no longer had a release date (previously 16th) I got another mail today to say May 8th.

Console multiplayer limit is to do with the way consoles communicate. PC will have dedicated server functionality and is far more flexible. Not a software game dev thing more a "hardware feature".

It's pretty cool that the number for offline/single player grids is determined by the real life track capacity, number of pit garages smile

I had a blast around Cadwell last night in a Ruf and I don't think you'd get two cars side-by-side there nevermind 30+ cars on the grid laugh

Bathurst is bloody awesome btw, Cadwell Park short circuit is brilliant for the Mono and other tack day/road cars, much hooning is possible. Silverstone also has Stowe circuit smile

So what is the thrustmaster T100 wheel like? Anyone using one? Just struggling to comprehend spending another £350 on a wheel and game if, as Ive read, the T100 force feedback works and costs around £100.

Yeah - can't remember which track variation but it was properly narrow in some parts, cool track though.

I was playing on my friend's PC with an Xbox One controller as he is yet to set up a wheel.

Took a Formula car along the Highway track which was fun, and a Sierra Cosworth around Oulton in the wet.. that was sketchy!

Will be checking out CDkeys before making a purchase, found GTA is under £30 on there for the PC so something like this may get a nice discount.....can't wait!
