Both mirrors are showing on my display.

Trucking newb question: how can i save a game at any point? Or can only save once each run is complete?

Thanks

Whenever you quit it saves your progress. So if you quit in a middle of a run it saves where you were.

What spec graphics card would you need to run this properly?

Damn you lot, this is far too addictive! I've tried using the Xbox controller, but I can't get on with it as I can't find how to use the triggers as accelerator and brake. Does anyone have a way to do it?

Also, it's quite realistc (MLMs for example), but also a let down in some respects, I drove past some roadworks on the way to Carlisle, there was actual work going on!

You can remap the controls in the menu, I use an XBox controller and the triggers were automatically assigned as the gas/brake pedals IIRC, if they weren't I just pushed them when assigning the new buttons.

I agree with some of the accuracies, the AI drivers are a bit mental at times, merging lanes has the AI stop and give way to traffic in the other lane, causing tailbacks, and the junctions at the bottom of motorway sliproads seems to have the traffic on the sliproad having priority over those on the main road that they lead onto. Many a time I've been driving along a main road only for cars to come off a sliproad right in front of me. And the UK is covered with speed cameras whereas Europe only has a few!

Well I've completed the demo, where can I buy it to download, without paying nearly twice what Amazon want for it?

I downloaded mine from Steam, I think it was around £20.

Don't suppose it can be modded to have a car to drive?

Turns out it's only £20 ish from the website, so I got that smile. I am craving more power though!

An option on the satnav is to "Call for assistance", I presume its a tow truck that gets you back on the road? I've not needed it yet despite suffering several jack knifes.

Actually tempted by this, the Tycoon aspect is appealing.

I've been playing this for a while.

Some of the game mods are good. http://ets2-mods.com/euro-truck-simulator2-mods

I currently have 12 Garages across Europe with 3 Trucks/Drivers in each. Although i'm disappointed i haven't seen any of them out on the road.
I'm having a look at what mods are available for this, do you have a link to a better website for mods? I spend more time closing stuff down and trying to find the right link than actually downloading stuff!

I have the triggers as throttle and brake, it was very straight forward just follow your nose through the options.
I've set controller buttons for all sorts now including horn, lights, mainbeam, cruisecontrol, wipers and shoulder buttons for indicators.

loving this game.

Yes I sorted it eventually, thanks. I'm not sure what I did the first time but now I've got it all rearranged like you, I had even assigned the indicators to the shoulder buttons too!

I am spending so much money in fines though! Speeding, crashes, wrong way, missing my rest break (I was going to get to my drop point in good time (Quarry in Aberdeen), but then completely missed it and drove around for a bit trying to find it)...
