It was because you did not put PH in the request, unfortunetly I am not a mind reader.
Apply again just make sure you include PH and we will accept you.
WOW thats a patronising response! I did not know till I saw the PH thread here AFTER I applied.Apply again just make sure you include PH and we will accept you.
Hang on a minute, you didn't mention that when you posted that you were banned etc.
Calm down, re-apply and identify yourself as a PHer and... well you've been told the rest.
I don't think anyone was patronising you.
Disclaimer: I'm not a PH clan member... yet! But I probably have taken a beating from them, bastids.

Thanks, it has gone from bad to worse, got the game all working but the account it has signed me into (a google play) is my village from another tablet, can't find mine anywhere but can see it on the PH team....any ideas? How active is the PH clan? I'm in quite a new clan, just finished our 5th war (won 4, drew 1) but only 15 or so of us, so want to move into a more active clan. I'm TH6 - prolly a week from starting the 7 upgrade. Gemmed myself 5 builder huts as a noob, but now farming is the only way! Hooked at the minute.

Pretty active. We're just dividing into two clans to improve on that two. PHarming is best for 'dormant' or farming players and Pistonheads for high-participation clan wars.
I farm but also love a war. Clan wars are won and lost on participation levels not on regular play style. I'm sure you know, but you can have a separate base design saved for clan wars - so you don't need to keep rearranging back to a farming base (or whatever). I agree completely. Some in the clan weren't keen on regular wars on account of spending elixir on troop donations, so the second clan was set up for anybody who, for any reason, didn't want to participate. For the main PH clan we're all super keen on maximum participation, which is the deciding factor in most clan war victories.
I'm in - cheers (Skn).
One thing I've always struggled with is pre-training troops, so when you're in battle the next lot are being prepared.
I farm (currently at camp total of 145 - 5 more later tonight). This is what works for me (TH6)....
I drop a couple of giants (normally 8 total for different sides) to distract and then send in wall breakers (6 total), carry archers (30) to pick off some defences and use if I decide to go for a 100% clearance - the rest are all goblins (occasionally have 1 healer). Ideally I want the troops that take longer to train to be pre-ordered, but my attacks vary hugely depending on what base(s) I find and if I don't use any of the more costly troops I end up with too many and not enough goblins. If I pre-order goblins/archers etc (which I always use) I then will have to wait for the giants etc to train and I'm so freakin' impatient!
I've tried simply Barching, and I suppose my line up allows for a more comprehensive attack which comes with a time burden, but anyone got a method that works for them?

Typically I use 10 barbarians to draw out clan castle troops and heroes. 30 or so archers behind them to defeat them. Then the balance is mostly hogs which I treat with a few spells (heal and rage). Ideally they clear the defences and survive to mop up afterwards. I usually have 2-3 wall breakers and a dozen goblins to start work once the defences are cleared in a certain area.
With that lot I'll have hogs training constantly and I cue up 10 barbarians, 30 archers, 10 goblins and 2 wall breakers before I start the fight. Attacks are fairly consistent (in terms of using troops) so it usually works out well.
