Anyway i'll be at Le Mans next week from Weds to Sunday if anyone is in the Maison Blanche area and wants hooking up with some free stickers etc let me know.

Good to see you're on PH Camberwell/Daddy. Without your and other's videos on the game, I'd be even more clueless than I am! Having JUST lost this battle by 2 points, there are things that need to be said and done.

...have been kicked out due to not participating. As I mentioned in the game recently, it's incredibly frustrating to spend so many resources on troops, spells and donations only to see it thrown away by people not fighting.
Additionally, to see plenty of their lower level bases either not attacked, or having only one star wins at the end of battle is not good enough. I'm far from perfect, but I leave it alone for the first 6-8 hours after battle commences to allow the lower level players to have their battles. I wait and wait, then pick a hopefully easy battle to ensure 3 stars, albeit with crap loot. Then I wait again until just a few hours from the end, and choose another battle that will benefit the team, rather than go for a single star to get high loot.
Come on guys, let's pull together. Or just not bother at all.

I think a clear set of guidelines is in order. That way people know exactly what's expected, where they stand if they can't match it and so on.
Every so often, even those with the best of intentions will struggle to participate fully. I've almost missed a couple myself. I think missing two consecutive wars should mean getting the boot. It doesn't have to be a big issue; you're just removed in order to keep the clan healthy for other participants. If you become active again then jump back in. I'd have no objections if I were 'booted' for the same reasons.
Ideally people can be pro-active and move themselves before they go on holidays etc, but this won't always be possible.

I know its a mobile game, but last thing I need is more distractions at work, so only have it on my Ipad which stays at home.
So war starts at noon, I arrive home 6ish, sometimes later, and all the low level opponents have already been 3*rd. Can be frustrating at times.

The clan in am in at work war every weekend as its the most convenient time for us all, 20 vs 20.
Even before we started this war, the opponents were down to 15 as 5 had left. Winning 52 - 9 with 2 more attacks from us possible as 1 players town is inactive.
Overall, 8 wins from 10 wars including this one.

I got frustrated with this game (and I'm a long time player of Warcraft/Starctaft) because my idiot troops would attack buildings whilst being fired on themselves by opponents' cannon etc. Can't direct the attack then?
Well, it depends on the troop. For example Giants and Hogs will go right for the weapons, Barbarians, Archers will just hit what is in front. Goblins will go for loot, so much depends on your troop selection and troop placement.Gassing Station | Video Games | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
