Pistonheads - warring clan
PHarming - farming clan (max members at time of writing)
pharmingtwo - second farming clan - around 20 members at the mo

That's a good number of players. I remember just the 1 clan. Back in the day.......

New update is here!! It's a good update with few new add on's and few buffs and tweaks but one thing I can see already is trying to start clan war! been looking for clan for about 12hrs now

I've been addicted to this for ages. Sadly I went out to TH10 far too early and am now spending a lot of time catching up, esp with heros - mine are only level 11/10. Wish I knew a year or so ago that you should max each TH before upgrading!!The clan I am in is regularly in the top UK 200 and it was started from scratch about 8 months ago.

So to combat that I have a second base, currently at TH7. Just got dragons so wars should be a doddle for a while!

I went to TH9 around a month ago, really enjoying it with the new toys... the Archer Queen is a game changer, she rocks !

Also its fun smashing TH8's for loot now, i just need to finish a few more troop upgrades

I'm about the same into TH9 and loving the archer queen. Got my archers to level 6 and just started dragon (wasn't going to, but now lvl4 is at th9 I couldn't resist). Went from being a fully maxed th8 to a fledgling 9, but lots of rushed bases for easy pickings.

Aye my AQ is level 6 now, have Barbs level 6, currently training giants to 6. Im following the guides which say throw most of, if not all your gold into walls and just do elixir upgrades first

Could be that is where i went badly wrong then as my defenses are no where near max. Production is, I am improving walls as fast as the gold comes in and I research troops to improve them.

Shame you cant down size the TH.

Yup, I got lucky(ish) and realised the pattern before upgrade to TH9 so I'm still on 8 and slowly but surely upgrading everything before I go to 9. Still got a long way to go with walls though as I neglected them a lot to begin with. Only just starting purples now and at 200,000 a pop it's not cheap.

Not sure what level my TH is but i think it is higher that that and i have only just started walls at 500,000 a pop. Although i think i need to focus on defence more.

1 million each for walls at TH9, i was a fully maxed TH8 before i went to TH9 with only around 20 walls not skulls and a few dark troops not researched in my laboratory.

Clan just gone to lvl 5 at the last war....so all donated troops are +1 lvl....max wizzies all round
