I would go for max dragons first but it depends on what funds you have available.

How is the warring clan getting on these days? Finished my warring days (non ph) before the update so curious how the perks are working out in wars...

I've literally just joined the PH clan, but my normal clan are lvl 6 and its a handy place to be, extra troop donation and donated troops +1 level is a major help, especially with a clan of mostly max TH9 and a couple of high TH10s....max dragons in TH7&8's war cc helps hugely in defence and attack

I'm in the Pharming clan (Alec), we've just had a clean out of non-active members so a few spots available.

The nice thing is, with 40+ members, you'll never have an empty clan castle...

Good for you, so you don't need to encourage new members who might join pharmingtwo instead.

Must have changed then, when I was there, it was run by people who weren't even in piston heads.

The point is, if your clan is nearly full, why not encourage piston headers to join pharming two rather than trying to get them to join your (non) pistonheads clan.

Aye it was made as the PHarming clan was full so we needed an overflow for people wanting to be in a PH clan. Its a shame really as i would like us all in one happy family!

That's difficult when the leader kicks out pistonheaders who complain about it being run by non pistonheaders.

Anyway, anyone looking at playing clash of clans, come and join pharmingtwo, there are spaces and you always get top level donations straight away as there's always someone on.

Markoc and me made the jump to start pharmingtwo when the first clan was full. At the time it was thought kicking inactives wasn't appropriate as it had caused 'problems' before. Obviously it was slower at the start, but now troop requests are responded to promptly and we sometimes have a natter. Markoc since went to the warring clan and we of course welcome players of all levels.
