Don't worry to much about that. I don't play as much as I did, but if your active and donate when it comes up your safe. Very cool bug/glitch...as you may know it was clash of clan birthday about 6 days ago and there letting people boost there mills for 1 gem each for 7 days, so if u have like 15hrs or 21hrs left on boost all you have to do is click on say gold mill and upgrade it but then cancel it. Now you can pay 1 gem for 7 more days!
I'm trying to get into this game and I have enjoyed it so far, but I'm now on level 16. Town hall level 4. And I am stuck. There's nothing I can do. I am basically waiting to upgrade my TH which seems is going to take a while until I can afford. I'm not wanting to spend any real life money on gems and so it's gone from an addictive game that I was spending loads of time on. To a game which takes up one or two minutes when I go on and then run out of things to do..
Do I need to pay for some gems to keep it interesting and keep the game going at a decent pace?

The best way to play at level 16 is to just keep attacking. Use just archers or barbs and just loot everything you can. Iyou should only have to wait something like 5 minutes or so to fill your camp so can get loads of attacks in. Don't attack if you can't get there loot. I've been playing quite a while now and have not spent any real money. I'm level 87 and still play quite a bit.

Still playing & still addicted. Leading a clan: english Rage 2. I'm currently at lvl 99 & about to go Crystal League I yet again.
Have yet to get higher than 2550 trophies which is sooo annoying as desperate to get into Master Leagues. Cost sooo much to upgrade & takes sooo long it's gonna be Xmas until i can move higher. Top players must spunk so much cash into this game. Worked out a few months back that just to max your walls would cost over £2000 & to max Archer Queen & Barb King would cost about the same again.

Top tip is not to upgrade you're TH until you have maxed out EVERYTHING, as everytime you upgrade your TH you lose more and more of the loot bonus. ecsrobin said:

Seems that way. What we need is some phers from other clans to Join the pistonheads clan. It is getting bigger and better! ( Gow3r)That influx was funny, every time I logged on there were new members saying what great clan it was etc.
For the real members, please keep requesting troops, mine spend 99% of their time not attacking anyone so it's good for them to get used by someone else.
Oh, and I think the name is pistonheads but my wife has the ipad at the moment. I'm sure I found it by searching for pistonheads.

First player deleted. To be fair the majority of even the random players have done some half decent donating we just need to keep tabs on it. I don't mind if not every member is from PH but if we can try to keep it the majority that would be good.
As for new members it's now invite only not too sure how that works yet. So it maybe that when you find the clan you have to request to join. Or it maybe I have to send a link.
