Just contacted Microsoft regarding downloading from the HK store. You can't be banned for downloading from it but a couple of months down the line the game may just act like you don't own it or don't have the disc. Before the Xbox one was launched we were told it wasn't region specific but it actually is due to different international laws and customs. Some content may not be suitable in some countries so it ties your IP address to the region and looks for the same info from the digital copy. If it sees a mismatch its rejects the game.
People buying copies of ebay have had similar issues and when investigated the region was the issue. Its all down to geo-fencing laws apparently. For the sake of £20 I'll just stick to buying it from Asda.

Did you read the comments? The servers will be live as soon as it's 9-9-2014 somewhere in the world so if you have your disc copy on Monday you'll be able to play from 12pm GMT. If you went the digital download route you'll have to wait until the game is unlocked at midnight for your timezone.http://blog.us.playstation.com/2014/09/05/destiny-...
