Do the cars squeal like a stuck pig and understeer on sports hards?
Not so bad but lovely break away and tidy over steer!!
Yeah I'd go with that. SH/CS are the nicest tyres to use on road cars, anything grippier then that leaves things quite non-adjustable mid corner with a horrible break away.

Polyphony are now so late it's fair to say they're definitely pregnant.

So v1.06 is out on 7th April.

What's in it?? All we know is it we have a gps visualiser

This takes data from real car and imports to gt6. It's only compatible with Toyota at the moment and toyota's system isn't launched until June.

Great another update for a smaller minority come June

I've put hours and hours into real racing on the ipad and nothing into gt6 really, so much easier for just pick up and race and put down, nowhere near as good, but still entertaining - oh, and free!

Are there any good front wheel drive cars you can chuck around? Not for setting lap times, just dicking around in?

Tried a couple so far, but can't get them set up right and just end up understeering everwhere and have very little adjustement on the throttle.

Try the Clio with comfort softs on the front and mediums on rear.

Jeez, these seasonals are getting difficult. Fun and frustrating. Anyone else noticed how slow it's been to get the race started after these seasonals appeared?

Thanks!

Hadn't thought to change the tyres around, will give that a go.

How's everyone finding the shifter karts?

Thought I'd read everyone hated then, but I've found them a hoot!

I like the GT6 karts much better than the GT5 karts. I always found them uncontrolable in GT5, they'd just spin out without any warning but the GT6 karts slide really nicely and feel a lot more like the real thing.

Ok. Getting really frustrated with the latest seasonal using the electric Pikes Peaks car. The No: 1 online time is 57.? seconds and to achieve gold you must be quicker than 1.01.000. I think they've set the target quite high on this one. I can't get lower than 1.01.800.

Top times are with the skid recovery on. I was hovering on a minute dead. Turned skid on 59.3 iirc 1st lap with it

Many thanks. I've seen other's replays and they oversteer yet mine understeers badly. Will try with SRF on. Again, many thanks. Will keep you posted.
