Just a shame it wasnt long enough. Had an almost full race with Sandy straight after you glitched out. But alas its screwed up again
Its getting there, its pretty frantic on line, I take it you are longgboy.....you're not supposed to slam your team mate into the wall I think I just about heard you on voice in game but you were very quiet compared to everyone else, you might want to check your mic levels.
Its not the clearest MP interface, I was in the session for a while and almost exited as I didn't know what was going on, the need chat in that bit.
The bit I find really frustrating is how we are all level 20 odd as players but none of those points have gone to the club because we weren't online at the time.
I'm kinda reluctant to do any more single player to save the points for when they can count toward my total and the club total too.

I have found on the last 2 days, that i have server connection, but when i try and join a lobby to drive multiplayer, it throws a wobbly.
But i am still connected to the server, and so when i play single player, it comes up on the bottom right of your screen when the scores come up, that you see you ARE adding points to the club
A major plus which put us from lvl 8 - 12 was doing the Rookie Trophy again and again with the top of the range Renault . If you have not already got all the gold stars you can get them, but more importantly all of the little missions like 'Levelling up on the Renault' whilst being connected to the server smashed the points up yesterday and today.
So, when it says you are connected to the server, and you can see the club etc, but it fobs you off when you try to play multi player, play the single player games again from the bottom, but with the best cars, and you find 1, it's soo much easier 2, you give thousands of points by doing it to the club. Win Win

This just came out:
"We're still improving server performance to get all of you enjoying full online connectivity together, but the majority of DRIVECLUB players should now be able to connect and play online.
More server updates and upgrades are coming online over the weekend, so while this work continues you may still experience some issues with connectivity but please keep trying. When you do get connected you can go online, play for your club, use your club cars, play multiplayer races, compete in face-offs, and compare your best times and scores with everyone on the leaderboards. This is in addition to playing in Tour mode, creating your own single events and customising your cars in your garage (which you can do offline too).
We will continue to keep you informed as we make progress and we know we've said this before but we mean it: We know how frustrating it is when you can't get connected and we feel it too. We are working flat out to get online sign-in, multiplayer racing and leaderboards running smoothly for everyone, all of the time.
We can't thank you enough for your messages of support and feedback during the past week, so please keep talking to us and sharing your thoughts about the game while you play."

It feels very much like PGR, which works for me!
Anyone else think the same?Could do with a PGR style game.
That and you lose 500 points if you touch a car or barrier, but if you're carrying drift or draft points, you don't lose them.
I loved all the PGR games. Driveclub is not PGR 5 but I find it better than some uber-sim with no reward for some showmanship mid race.

I'll have to pick up a copy at some point.
Ok so I've had another weekend of trying to get online etc, it's really starting to affect the overall game as certain cars aren't available if the connection is lost etc.
It's pot luck, manage to connect to a game about 1 in 10 - just not good enough IMO.
Singlet player is almost complete - will probably sell it on soon as it just doesn't seem like its going to have the longevity I expected.
Unfortunately it's a case of being overhyped due to the delays, and the continued issues are just ruining the whole experience.
