86%?! Is a it because I have a hybrid hard disc or is it this slow for everyone?
On the plus side, playing bf4 seems to make no difference to the install rate.

I got on last night, a few glitchy moments but it plays nicely once you have the controls setup in a familiar way. I tried the 3 modes available and played as the "Hacker" (Commander role) for a bit, it was OK, not life-changing and I prefer the feel of BF4 but it's probably a familiarity thing.
I'll have another look today and see if it grows on me - one thing I'm not so keen on is the way you earn cash to buy weapons but that's probably because I'm too tight-fisted to spend money.

I downloaded and played the BETA for about 5 hours yesterday……I’ve got to say, I like it. The setup seems cleaner and I like the new gadgets they have brought to it, especially the decoy/booby trap device. The grappling hook is a great idea for snipers; now you really can explore everywhere without wasting a heli spawn.
Weapons generally handle as you would expect (although I think they’ve made it even more realistic i.e. you can’t gun on full auto whilst controlling the gun in a single area) although there is a lot of glitching with the BETA when using the sniper rifle on moving targets. There was a definite feel that different weapons and attachments were needed for different game modes/maps. Saw some people complaining about the ‘engineer’ class sub machine gun which I found was perfect for ‘Heist’.
Vehicle dynamics seemed pretty good (although I’m still not sure about the ‘hotwire’ game mode).
I’m quite excited about this and am looking forward to the full version.
2 bad points :
1) there needs to be consistent environment destruction which would encourage the action to move about rather than just bottleneck like trench warfare in one are.
2) The annoying voice overs when you spot or kill someone….utter s
te and not called for.

It seems to work quite well for me. At the beginning I felt like I was always dying instantly but it's just a tiny bit more codlike. I'm pretty good at run and gun and since I play bf4 I feel like I have the advantage against casual noobs. My kd is quite decent - at least 2 if not 3... Shooting from cars is quite fun too

It's certainly more cod like. It works well, less bullst, far prettier than bf4 too. Texture quality is night and day when you play back to back.
Heist mode is fun.
Still not buying it though.
Started up on dawnbreaker this morning... Within five minutes had Matt and chuntys tags. Then suffered some bullst at the hands of non PHers so decided to go far shopping.
