I might even buy Hardline at this rate as this new patch and new maps doesnt seem to be forth coming

PH server back online - 'Non Profane Title - PH part deux'.

Had a bloody nightmare trying to get something that was permitted (apparently suck squeeze bang blow is profanity...) so gave up.

Then went straight into a server with c0ck in the title. wkers.

Cant remember bob but el alamain was a good tankers only map and if you didnt go down with your tank, it was a long way back.

But back then dlc was free and better gaming experience

Just looking back at some pics of 1942 and how old does it now look, much preferred Vietnam to it though.

Gaming seemed much simpler back then, none of this customisation st, just one or two weapons per class and that was it

TBH I reckon this has ruin most franchises, the constant quest for 'more'.

I'd be quite happy if the re-mastered COD4 and Bad Company 2.

Totally agree HOWEVER COD AW has mastered the art of providing customisation without adding confusing complication.

BF4 just confuses me........

And caltrops (for BFV), cant remember the map but remember hiding in bushes (not having a giant name tag above your name) and picking off people waiting to jump into helis (none of this spawning into them at the start st).

Was much better back then playing with a mouse/keyboard combo

Never did play BFV for ps3 but from what i saw, it was the same maps as the PC all those years ago.

Thought the 2nd world war COD game was the best one though quite enjoyed Rainbow 6 with the NATO patch (some 18? years ago).

What spoiled COD for me was being host most of the time and getting fked over, i know 'tyres' loves being host as he gets a better connection but it used to fk me right over, then there was the 'perks' st as well etc. If cod turned to servers, id be a much more interesting proposition.
