Just to clarify, is there a crew clean out or not? I don't want to be removed if there is.

Like others I'm in a different time zone, so if I'm on in the morning it is the middle of the night in the UK, and if I'm on at night it is the middle of the day. Means I only ever see the few who play at all hours.

Please don't cast me adrift - there is a certain feeling of reassurance when I log on and see another pink dot on the map. Makes me feel safe

Joyrider - bet you thought we'd do the second run of Mixed Up With Coke even quicker, eh?

When you died a second time in On Maneuvers I thought I didn't have a chance. There are two buzzards and a lazer which come after you, so you generally need a friend to help using the buzzard parked next to the annihilator you're stealing. So I went round the other side of Chilliad in the hope I could evade them and they all seemed to crash; I heard the explosions then realised they were missing from the radar. So I recommend going round the other side of Chilliad on that mission

I have never done Mixed Up With Coke that quick! Couldn't quite believe it, that's the quickest 13.5k I've ever made

As for 'On Maneuvers', I was expecting you to be shot down, but even though I was shot, it was a nice 34.5k If it is as simple as going round the other side of Chilliad, maybe that's a good mission to start grinding

The problem with On Maneuvers is the number of people you have to kill first, all of whom have excellent cover and you have virtually none I use the burnt-out bus but you've got to clear at least half a dozen before you get to that. Nice payout for you though! I shall try it again alone at some point to see if the back route does make it feasible.

I find if you lurk around the wind farm other helicopters crash into the turbine blades, not too sure if that's the case against buzzards but it works against the police

If you can get to the wind farm before getting shot down, you could have completed the mission...

please can you let your son play gtav with us. he's a really nice lad and a valuable VBRJ crew member. that stands for Very Busy Repairing Jaguars if you were wondering. you see he runs the los santos charity shop and without him the homeless folk have no clothes. we dont invite him along for missions because he is a pacifist and refuses to shoot anyone. we dont even use him as a getaway driver anymore because he wont break the speed limit in town and always stops for red lights. all the bad things you have heard about gtav are simply untrue and the game has probably only slightly contributed to your sons palm hair growth problem. please can we have him back,

Anyone tried out the 1.12 update yet (I know DJDestiny has from the GTA forums)? I have read that Coveted, Crystal Clearout II and III and Potshot have all been removed from the mission selection Apparently anything with an approval rating of 50% or lower has been removed, but there was never the option to vote on those missions - or indeed, any of the others originally available through the start menu.

I've got a couple of playlists saved for CCO3 and Coveted, but I've also read that you can't play them more than once now. Still it'll be nice to be able to access them at all.

They never said 2nd homes were going to be this week, just the capture creator!
It's double pay on capture jobs till Friday and they sound like a good laugh. Plus near 30k payouts to the winners of some!

Its frustrating because capture games can be a lot of fun, they just don't have the players. Instead you've got tons of people playing that Commute race all the time. There just isn't much variety.

We should organise a PH-only capture night. It randomly splits us into teams so there will be hilarity to be had.

Fixed an issue where Armoured Trucks could continually spawn.

Just tried my first ever capture, it was a bit of a mission impossible being 2 against me, but I can see the potential for some frantic battles!

Edit: Just did All abhorred, you have to steal buses and deliver them, my team won and got $22k and 5k RP

I did a capture earlier - me and a lvl46 against three lvl200+ chaps. Not very fair, but we still didn't lose by much (they only delivered 2 things to our none in the 5 mins) and I still made nearly $10k despite losing.

That Maze Bank survival is hard. 4 attempts tonight, but we failed at wave 9 the last time

Did the update earlier. Only 3 missions available now

Hope they add some back in the next update.

Even though I have the advantage, I don't like the way you can have your own weapons in capture. It means I, with access to a minigun might have an advantage over a person who didn't.
