Cheers jobbo - found it to be less stressful than RR and you certainly use a lot less ammo!

Overheard on Mic earlier :

Teenager : "just going out to smoke a joint"

Squeeky kid : "what's a joint ?"

.. Haha! I think he was too young to play gta!

I don't like RR now - Coveted I can deal with but random people triggering the cargobob and 2min countdown are most annoying (had to kamikaze down the hill to take everyone out once over the weekend!) Potshot is one of the best of the non-buzzard missions, definitely.

I always used to block the bridge in Potshot by parking a Sandking across the other side of it, but GrizzleyGuy showed me that blocking it by parking any old vehicle wedged between the barriers is better. Previously 10% of the time the van would jump into the gorge and turn over, failing the mission; now it seems reliable every time smile

Can`t remember who I was chilling with the other night but we sure did have fun "air thrusting" our cars.

I always host the potshot playlist, sorry if its a bit boring but it gets you a wheelbarrow full of cash at the end.

Anyone else have "stanced/lowered" cars to share

Me and Jim have discovered that referring to yanks online as Mexicans and talking about how great the Canadians are generally winds them up nicely wink

I feel the need for a Dashound off road race of sorts.
I tried with mine yesterday but it somehow ended up on its side in a river after collecting some rocks.

I'm sure I can do better tonight.

That reminds me that I scuppered a bus race with Challenger and Martin round the race track - I managed to blow us up by accident when throwing the start grenade, then didn't succeed in getting rid of the cops as we reassembled.

Can you use buses in proper races, or are they not available like articulated lorries?

Would have to be impromptu races as they aren't allowed in normal ones.

Or just get a convoy of them and send people and cars flying.

Love it. biggrin

And yes, that was a moment I wish we'd recorded. Three of us on the dog racing track (or horses, not sure), with our buses.

Me: I'd throw a grenade, but I only have the tear gas. Might be safer though...

Jobbo: No, I've got a proper grenade, there we go.

  • beat*
Jobbo: Actually, did you guys see where it went...

  • KABOOM*

Call it 9.30-10ish.

Get a private server set up and sent off the invites.
Then bus carnage can happen

I have a headset but it's got a huffy mic so sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

Lee, my BT supplied internet powering hamster fell off its wheel last night and refused to get back on it... hehe
Which is why I got suddenly logged off.
