PS3 GTA Online Thread

Just tried it again and it totally froze, the power button wouldn't even work, I had to pull the plug to turn it off!
Ive now deleted the game save data and it happily downloaded and reinstalled everything.
Now trying again to load it just sits there for ever, it won't even load offline
The PS3 itself is fine, its loading and playing various other games with no problem.
Oh well, at least its only 16 days for the PS4 now, so not too bothered

I found that out the hardway before i bought my schafter, being ditched with that as my only custom car haha

I should hopefully be on a lot more now my racing season has finished, although right on cue my internet has gone down but hopefully it will be fixed quite quickly. Are there many left on PS3 or are you all off to PS4?

I still have my hearse so would be up for racing it. really need to build up cash and RP so I'm not quite so far behind all the people that are on daily!

All on PS3 as the PS4 version of the game isn't out yet, but I imagine there will be a few heading that way when it happens. saying that though i'm aware of a fair few that will stay on the ps3 version for a while after that anyway.

A mate of mine (the one responsible for 5 peaks) has just made another track - Sochi F1.

We raced on it earlier with (IIRC) BigKahonies, and IMO its a great mix of flat out corners and technical braking duels - definitely one to add to your playlists, people!

Sounds interesting. Nothing like the real Sochi..
The Apex Predator one was great fun too and the Hipster Heaven(?) with the hairpin up the ramp and through the jump, thoroughly enjoyable.

Looking forward to getting a bit more racing in before you lot bugger off to PS4.
Can't wait to get the Feltzer out in the rain, that was fun

wow that is big news! looking forward to it, but not sure I would spend all my time in that view, as the 3rd person view is quite handy for 'knowing your surroundings' people sneaking up on you and stuff. Plus I enjoy looking at the outside of my Astons

Me too, would be good fun for some off road races and exploring but mostly I think I'd use 3rd person

I'd rather they fixed all the bugs and gave us the damned heists already. Until they can explain the unjustified, unexplained unnotified bans on the support forum, subsequent unexplained and unnotified unbans and refusal on phone or through support tickets to explain what the bans were about*, I'm not buying anything more from them. I really really want to, because I will miss racing and exploding things with you guys, but I just don't give my money to companies that treat their customers like that, even if it makes me sad

*the bans were for mentioning that their pal, youtuber Jobless Gamer, who did one of the livestreams (business update) is a cheater who posted videos explaining how to glitch and be a griefing s**t.
