PS3 GTA Online Thread

Cheapest PSN+ I've seen so far is about £36 from Amazon. If there's a better deal do post it!

I got my PS3 copy of GTA V from Tesco too, about £5 less than elsewhere. Yet I still didn't think to order from them again until I spotted it on Hotukdeals.

I was just on and there was a UFO with FIB written on it, and a giant wind turbine, at the helipads at the airport.

Strange.

Anyone else come across that?

seen similar sort of thing with the Ferris wheel in the centre of town on its side. I think its usually a sign that someone in that lobby is glitching or hacking quite badly. That's normally been the case when its happened to me.

i got killed by a bumper car once then in the same session the plane i was in turned into a UFO,

Some sort of hacker/glitch would make sense. The lobby had a couple of level 200 and something knobs in it.

Fortunately I found a level 12 and a 25 to torment with a Buzzard

Then players started to vote to kick me (those 2 I suspect) which only made me ramp things up

I don't know how he resisted shooting up 6 trucks lined up on the road in Paleto Bay from his jet. Genuinely unexpected friendliness!

It was such a large target, I didn't ask for money but I did win the lorry race.

Even with lee and Jim cheating on it.

For anyone who has recently bought a PS4 and activated the 14-day free PS Plus subscription, beware! You have unknowingly signed up to auto-renew at £5.49 per month. The e-mail from Sony gives a description of how to untick the auto-renew option (only after you've paid of course!) which doesn't seem to be correct anyway.

So I would advise you to go to https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com and click on Account>Wallet>untick 'Automatically Add Funds' at the very least. It might be possible to do it via your PS4 or PS3 too.

The conversion whilst he was heading our way was funny. is he, isn't he. ooohh i think he will.

But ultimately we all survived.

I've never bothered with PSN+ but it'll be needed for PS4. Cheapest appears to be www.cdkeys.com £34.90, they just send you an email so its instant. Apparently you have to pay with paypal. Quite a few people used them on various forums and have given it the ok.


For those still pondering a PS4 I saw this deal:

So if you take off £35 for PSN+ you're paying £35 for the two extra games.
You can get it with watchdogs instead of Destiny too it seems. Don't know much about destiny but I understand the last of us was a big hit on the PS3.

Last of us is superb!
I had it for ps3 and bought it for ps4.

I have a mate requesting what it wil be like to get run over in first person mode.
