Doesn't it require a browser to run?

I've installed Idle Oil Tycoon on my S3 - it plays even if you turn it off (time-based). So you're playing it even if you forget. A bit like The Game.

Needs a browser as i think it uses a cookie to remember your session. It hasn't been updated since last december
