Are people experiencing the sound cutting out? It happens to me lots on some of the bigger maps. I'll jump into a vehicle and for anywhere between 5 seconds and a minute I'll not have any engine sounds. The only thing I'll be able to hear is my own gun sound - all the ambient sounds and sounds from other players die away too.

I had the same problem occasionally in BF3...

Yeah the sounds is a known issue. The whole game is pretty buggy and in need of an update, it seems like once you've been in a game for a couple of minutes it all balances itself out but that first few minutes is a glitchy, buggy mess.

Same here, I either get the lack of sound thing or my soldier looks like he's moving in one second increments. Still playable but a pain!

Lots of complaining on the Battlelog website about lack of patch for Xbox One, but could be worse......could be PS4. Apparently all their servers are down.

If you want to see the funny side check out this new Hitler parody: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jY-oenvFtQE&fea...

In a way I`m glad you`ve moved onto the XboxOne Trash because on the 360 in BF4 I think your soldier tried to touch my soldier and that`s just not right.

I`m not having a gay soldier in my squad.

Lots of people now asking Microsoft to reimburse their fee for Premium as it simply doesn't work.

I assume that argument will stop seeing as the patch launches in a couple of hours.

The only reason it took so long is because they wanted to double check compatibility with the system update that was rolled out yesterday to make sure they didn't breed more issues.

I ruddy hope so, I didn't have an issue initially but the last 2 nights I've simply been unable to play.

I might now finally be able to finish my twice-lost single player campaign! What's so frustrating about all the issues is that when Battlefield 4 does work as intended it's utterly brilliant.

Had anyone else had issues when playing capture the flag on operation metro map?

Sometimes when I get killed I fail to respawn and my soldier just sort if stays where he died while everyone carries on fighting. Just weird and the update hasn't fixed it.

OK for those of you who have played BF on the previous gen xBox, do you feel the XBOne is worth the upgrade? I only really play Battlefield and GTA5 on my current xbox but thinking about taking the plunge!
Is it worth it?

1,000,000% YES!

Its worth it just for 64 player conquest. The visuals are excellent and when it runs properly (much better tonight) its really smooth.

The first time I played conquest on Operation Locker in an almost full lobby I knew I'd made the right decision.

I sometimes go back on 360 to play it with mates and it just isn't the same, still good fun but definitely not as good with less players and smaller maps.

Seems to be much better since the patch, no issues at all today.

Had some good games with Sharkey Hughes on Rush, favorite mode by far.

Sorry for your loss mate. Lost my mum and dad in the last 12 months so I share your pain.

I had to save up for my xbox one though as my inheritance from Dad was his 13yr old cat!
