I was not aware but someone else mentioned this: armour and weapons are not accessible via supply lines? They will stay where you put them, whereas junk will be accessible anywhere you have a supply line.
If you say stored item in the workbench at Sanctuary and had a supply line to Red Rocket only the junk items as resources and plant-able things are available to use via the crafting menu. The actual items etc are not be available at the Red Rocket workbench.Well I think that's how it works!

Feeling a bit chuffed with myself - had a really tough battle with a Dusky Yao Guai and his misses a stunted one. On survival and with only my wounding Chinese sword. Boy are the dusky versions tough in a melee fight. My melee is only 4 on big leagues as I havent focused on this until now. My armor is 300 and it takes just 7 hits to kill me! His hits are so powerful that you are left stunned and cant even move whilst he circles round and hits you from another angle. Had to resort to slowing time to beat him and even then a tough fight with me within an inch of death. Anyone beat one without a psycho jet?

Max out the Lone Wanderer perk too if you get the chance - its overlooked but adds +25% to EVERY weapon!! Best to do this after you complete the companion quests.
I can honestly say I wish I had not done this. It leaves you hopelessly overpowered. I wish I could go back and remove that last Lone Wanderer level. I really do advise not doing it.

Really enjoying this as it's the first fallout game I've played that doesn't glitch or lock up as yet. Graphics are superb as are the explosions when cars and mini nukes go up.
Level 25 that's all so far.
Enjoying the side missions and the fact you can swap companions easily. Currently playing with dance as bos missions.
With regard to storing junk does it all show up at your power armour and weapons work benches if you store it? Or do you see it at just one bench in the location

Only if you have the Local Leader perks (charisma tree) and then establish supply lines between settlements I believeMoog72 said:

Before the v1.3 patch, when I placed an object at a settlement, eg. a turret, I could use the F key to rotate it before placing. Now I can't.
Anyone know what the new keys are on the PC for rotating an object?
Edit: Oh, I found it. It's the left and right mouse buttons. WTF? And the left rotates the item right, and the right rotates it left. WTaF?

Is this +25% damage or what?
Yes it is. The Lone Wanderer perks turn you into a bit of a tankAnd no I can't leave it behind! I know I have around 10 shipments of all the stuff that I need and a ton of junk back at base for crafting etc. but I still have to collect stuff.

Ah but Lone Wanderer gives you 100 extra carry capacity as well as reducing the damage you take AND boosting your gun damage, so you don't need that companion for luggage duties And no I can't leave it behind!
