I completed Missions 30, 31 and 32 yesterday..
I think like some others have said, I was slightly underwhelmed by Skull Face's death, but the battle with Sahelanthropus with pretty awesome.
Mission 32 just just a bit of a wrap-up, it seems. But I'm glad that the game now goes into a new 'chapter', so as well as replaying previous missions in the new difficulties / modes, the main story does continue and progress.
I've already done the Butterfly logo to keep Quiet. Can't wait to throw Huey into the ocean though
Think I'm getting close to the end of the game, but still only 50% complete! Did the mission where you had to kill your infected staff, not very pleasant. Quite pissed off mission 40 involves having to repeat the beginning of the game ie. you have to get out the hospital, the feck? Fecking hate that mission!

The first replay mission - (Subsistance C2W) can be S-ranked without even leaving the chopper

To be fair, I did get a couple of S-ranks early on by playing the long game, as I really wanted to hit every objective and take my time.
But generally the strategy guide recommends to just rush through them to get quick S's. Guess it depends on the mission.
I did Mission 38 and Side-Ops 145-149 last night.
Not really a spoiler; later on when you get come cassette tapes about 'Hamburgers', give them a listen - pretty funny.
