Do you guys who've beaten it have any special technique or tips you can pass on? I tended to try using only three directions (left, right and down) and to try to accumulate the large value tiles on the bottom line only.

Seemed to be going ok, but of course I've not beaten it, so what do I know? Interested to hear what winners do! lol!

i kept the highest value tile in the bottom right corner and kept working all the other numbers upto it till i was nearly done and had no other choice

Pretty much that but aim to keep the highest number in the bottom right or left corner and always aim to have all your biggest numbers on the bottom.

Just got up to 25328 and it used that as the new best score.

That is pretty much it. Was aiming at keeping the highest value tile in the top left hand corner and worked at keeping all other high value tiles on the top row. When they double up, you can just slide them across to the corner. If you keep the high value stuff on the top row just don't move stuff down again.

It's not the score. The object of the game is to create the tile by merging two 1024 tiles.

When i completed it (first to do so ) i got a score of 20412 then i clicked the continue playing and got to 25728

Wanted to get to 4096
