Well thank Christ for that then. Maybe we can get back to actually discussing the game rather than you and your dodgy ethics of "try before you buy". JonRB said:

Kill rhinos by water. You can run a few feet in and be safe, then come out and attack again as the rhino walks away.
Are there crocodiles like there were in FC3? It would be ironic to run into the water to avoid a rhino and then get eaten by a crocodile. 8/10 for me on Xbone.....Very similar to Farcry 3 with a few innovations, about 6 hours in, have some decent weapons, liberated some outposts, really enjoying it.
The climbing / grappling mechanic is pretty good, even if frustrating when you swing for a narrow ledge, miss and plunge to your death. Only just found out I could purchase the wingsuit too, thought I needed to wait to unlock it!

From what I'd read, I somehow had the impression that you would occasionally come across a solitary hunter, so it was a bit of a surprise yesterday when on one mission I must have had to deal with at least ten of them.
Other observations:
(this goes for FC3 too) given the liberal amount of swearing, loot including condoms and porn mags, why is there no blood (except on you) and no damage to enemies? It does affect suspension of disbelief;
running over enemies is much more satisfying now. In FC3, there would be a thud and the enemy would fall to the ground. In FC4, they go flying.

I noticed a crocodile basking nearby (never saw that in FC3 - they just seemed to appear out of nowhere).
They used to bask in FC3 too. On the mission in FC3 where you follow the trail from the crashed truck using the tracker, you encounter two crocs, both of which are in exactly the same place each time and thus can be anticipated in a Edge of Tomorrow (Live, Die, Repeat) way. In fact I remember a couple of times being in shallow water just wandering around and thinking "I bet there is a croc over there" and there was.
Crocs never seemed to respawn in FC3 though. Once you cleared them they never seemed to come back.

They're a bit challenging.That 'hunt or be hunted' challenge is a tough one, when that first arrow hit me I had no idea what was happening!!

There's another quest bottom left of the map which introduced them to me. I think it depends who you side with initially. But yes, a bit tough.That 'hunt or be hunted' challenge is a tough one, when that first arrow hit me I had no idea what was happening!!

Are all the upgraded weapons as bad as the first pistol you can buy.For £230000 I was expecting the magnum force dealer of death not the piece of crap I now own.
Does it matter though? There's nothing else to buy in the game anyway - I've been sitting on max cash (2mil for me at the moment) for ages now, and I've only done a couple story missions and outposts, plus buying all the maps and everything I can.Meoricin said:

No it doesn't matter I was just disappointed with the lack of stopping power.How are you making that much money?
I always seem to have about 200000,bought most of the maps but I must admit to getting side tracked off missions to go hunting.
