Does it matter though? There's nothing else to buy in the game anyway - I've been sitting on max cash (2mil for me at the moment) for ages now, and I've only done a couple story missions and outposts, plus buying all the maps and everything I can.
No it doesn't matter I was just disappointed with the lack of stopping power. How are you making that much money?
I always seem to have about 200000,bought most of the maps but I must admit to getting side tracked off missions to go hunting.

I can't say it bothers me as i'm having too much fun wandering around gunning random wildlife down, you've gotta love the shotgun for hunting the smaller game,LMG for the larger stuff.

That's what i'm doing but I've never picked up anything worth like what you're finding.

I have to say I've never noticed any massive value items like that - but looting every chest I find, and activating the blue bits on the map (spinning the wheels, finding the masks etc etc) has kept me on max cash pretty much since the first moment you get free roam. Looting the enemies adds up quickly too - as most kills are takedowns the auto-loot effect kicks in.I can't say it bothers me as i'm having too much fun wandering around gunning random wildlife down, you've gotta love the shotgun for hunting the smaller game,LMG for the larger stuff.

Just got this on the PC, is it supposed to be so dark?
I can see next to fk all!
I'm running the game on a i7-4770K, 290x.
The game is quick, nice and smooth, but i just can't see anything, especially when it becomes dark.
Is there a gamma correction setting in the graphics settings? Most games have one.I can see next to fk all!

It was a setting that i had to change to SSAO?
No idea what this means, but i can actually see things now.

It is a pretty dark game, I set my brightness as per the "Make the elephant barely visible" instruction at the start of the game and could see fk all in caves, even with the torch on. I have the brightness set higher than it was at default, it's a dark game!
Same here, I couldn't play it with the darkness set as instructed.Tuvra said:

The first time I was flying the gyrocopter over a river and I saw a demon fish, it was like spotting jaws! I also had a right laugh when I was liberating a propaganda tower and a honey badger turned up and started ruining a squad of Min's militia, I eventually managed to sneak out and kill it with my dragunov, it took a couple of shots though, those things are tanks! I had been looking for a badger as I needed the 3 skins for an upgraded gun holster, so I was glad to get it.
It's a good feature now that you can replay strongholds etc. In FC3 it felt like by the time you had unlocked all the cool guns there was nothing left to shoot at, not the case now.

Just as an aside, once you had liberated all of the outposts in FC3 you could go into the settings and reset them all to hostile again. It was a bit of a blunt instrument but did give a little bit of replayability. Geecom said:
