Does AW have WW2 tanks?

Almost all my clan still play it. If they ever move then I guess I will too.

From my WOT friends who also play AW, the reckoning is that AW isn't the magic bullet to answer all of the problems felt on WOT. There is no perfect game, just games with different sets of problems.

Sticking with WoT myself, can't be arsed to invest the learning curve time in another game that is largely similar.

Armoured Warfare. It's a tank combat game remarkably similar to WOT, but with newer tanks and some slightly different gameplay mechanics.

Armoured Warfare

No Bat Chat, but there are tanks that play similarly, even at tier 5. Plus you usually get to smack things with an anti-tank missile first.

That doesn't surprise me at all.

There is no 'perfect' MMORPG due to the fact humans play them!

I still get enough out of WOT to actively enjoy it. When I stop enjoying it I'll stop playing it but, at the very least, it's been very interesting being in a Dutch clan and I hope to see some of them at some point.

It has its garbage players, although there seem to be fewer of the utter dribbling retards that World of Tanks attracts.

yes Actually had some decent chitchat with AW players during games which is something you never see on the EU WOT servers. But I guess we should "fk off to your AW thread" then, as RobDickinson so succinctly put it.

there are many "challenged" people playing WoT, but its nothing compared to the COD crowd though.

There in lays your problem... EU server. Not sure how hard it is to do on PC but on the Xbox we will only play on NA servers, They're far from perfect but miles better than the EU Server.

yeah, make me wonder if we Brits would enjoy our selves more on the NA servers.

The European servers are fking shocking on WOT Xbox, full morons who can't play, loads of eastern Europeans with a family of 12 living in one room, all screaming at each other for the other 29 players to listen to. At least on NA you get some other players talking sense, the standard of play seems a bit better too.

It's a shame the PC version locks you to a server, is there no option to migrate? I've heard of players moving server and having to start from scratch.

No, you can't. The currencies and offers for the different server locations mess it up hence why the accounts are region locked and you have to start a new one.

I get some frightening lag on both the US servers, and I'm in CO. So, no, probably not.
