No Bat Chat, but there are tanks that play similarly, even at tier 5. Plus you usually get to smack things with an anti-tank missile first.

That doesn't surprise me at all.There is no 'perfect' MMORPG due to the fact humans play them!
I still get enough out of WOT to actively enjoy it. When I stop enjoying it I'll stop playing it but, at the very least, it's been very interesting being in a Dutch clan and I hope to see some of them at some point.

At least on NA you get some other players talking sense, the standard of play seems a bit better too.
It's a shame the PC version locks you to a server, is there no option to migrate? I've heard of players moving server and having to start from scratch.

No, you can't.
