Outstanding effort!! In many ways, it looks easier than with a full team although, you came very close to dying a couple of times! As it took so long, I assume he was enraged by the end? Were you able to get shots on the templar if it teleported to the far corner?

Totally stoked you got a FB for this, kinda makes it that little bit more special!!

Everyone said the FB would be redundant after the last DLC so, don't write it off just yet

He did teleport to the other side whilst being enraged and it was very tricky with the minotaurs. That 'legions rock' was my safe spot. I'd run over, bring his shield down and shoot him once just to get him teleport back.

There is 15 minutes of video but it's much the same, just more frantic.

Fang of Ir Yut, Murmur & Thunderlord for me, Thunderlord is an absolute beast even on the wizards with solar shields.

My level 300 swarm arc HMG was doing 650 pts damage on Phogarth per (non critical) hit, with 60 rounds in the magazine and 180 per ammo synth that's 39,000 pts damage per magazine and 117,000 pts damage per ammo synth.

Would be interested to see what the level 331 exotic HMGs are doing?

Only a 321, but my Thunderlord was dishing out about 750 per non critical hit. 60 rounds (I think but would need to check) in the mag due to Field Scout. Compared to the Song of Ir Yut which was hitting about 350 per hit (but only around 300 attack at the moment)

Edit to add that this was against Phogoth from the entry room doorway as range does of course make a difference. Against Hallowed Knights, Thunderlord was well over 1000 per critical hit, but Song of Ir Yut with its perks against Hive knights was more effective overall

I didn't even think to look at the numbers tbh but, still have another Nightfall to run so will take note of what my Song of Ir Yut (maxed) is dishing out. I think it has 87 in the clip.

As usual, 2 Nightfalls have helped to bolster my ascendant shard collection by another dozen and I bagged some legendary fusion rifle which will never be fired. Remind me why we bother with these strikes....

Battlefield is proving to be lots of fun so far, nice to be doing something fresh. Not dabbled in multiplayer yet though - I'm sure that will very quickly rob me of my enthusiasm!!

Hmm, I can tell you why we bother with nightfalls....
Myself, S99ane and Qu1vv3r ran the nightfall twice last night. First time round, a Gjallahorn dropped, hooray! For S99ane. Congrats to him. Mumblemumble. Second time round, another Gjallahorn!! For S99ane. Yes, 2 Gjallas on the bounce. There may have been a string of curses, and they didn't originate from my Bad Juju. !!!! I of course got strange coins and a legendary rifle.

Nice one, not jealous at all here what with my legendary engram that turned into a strange coin and my Arachnid helmet thing for a Hunter. Also very happy with the endless blue engrams gained from the weeklies

Still 18, sorry 19 coins to the good and MIDA multi tool up for sale this week (unless Bungie dabble with it once more)

Couldn't be bothered last night, will potentially be on around 7 tonight for nightfall and weekly. Pretty much have everything I want now apart from a couple of exotic weapons, so I must try getting a second character on the go.
