Bank holiday tomorrow so any folks planning to be around tomorrow afternoon? I have the Crota boss CP on normal that I'd like to finish with my Titan but need others to help with that (goes without saying but lvl 32 minimum, all with GHorns obviously 
) I'd like another normal run too with my Hunter who is a lvl 31 but hasn't been through it before so hoping to score some raid armour / shards - just 21 required to get the Titan to lvl 32!

Anyone seen the leaked video today showing what the vanguards have for sale when the HoW lands? It seems the stuff the vanguard is selling has a max light level of 39 each piece of equipment. So i wonder what the raid gear will give!

Thanks, I think that's just the same stuff as before that they mined off the disc though?Bungie have said it's all just placeholder stuff from when the game was released and could well all be changed.

Yes please! I'll send you a message if I see you on, cheers.Did my damnedest to do a solo Crota's End run this morning, and I simply can't get past Ir Yut. On the plus side, I did finally earn enough Radiant Shards to get my Hunter to level 32, which was nice. Next stage is to switch to my secondary Warlock, finish the Bad Juju, Invective and Thron Bounties currently active on him, then delete him and make a Titan. Goodness knows I've got a nice stash of Titan gear ready to go!

Finished my cheeseless solo run a couple of days ago. Only got a video of Crota though, didn't bother with Deathsinger. I stayed in the room and killed all of one side before moving to the other ie, left stairs first, kill both witch and shrieker without leaving the room, then move to right. Gjally helps a lot for this. DS herself is easy. After avoiding the death blast, kill as many ads as you can whilst waiting for her to start singing, as soon as she starts, jump on a ledge and six Blackhammers to the head.
I'd be up for some raids tomorrow.
Maybe we could go on a Gjally hunt for those without. If people want to run Ir Yut/Crota/Atheon checkpoints for exotic drops, then do a full run or two?
I never know the optimal way to run them. I think if you do it on normal first, you still get a second chance on hard. If you do it on hard first, does the loot obtained from that act as a double drop and negates then doing it on normal?
