Ok so, I'm currently a level 6 Hunter (was this a bad decision?) and I seemed to get myself stuck on one particular level 6 mission last night. I keep getting killed in the 'no respawn' area but, only after a good 15 minutes gunplay and then have to try it all over again! Am I right in thinking I have to get playstation plus if I want assistance from a fireteam? How do I go about recruiting people to help me?

I'll be on tonight to finish off the story on sexy hunter and perhaps to try level 34 PoE. I've not been in yet!
Also keen to jump into ToO if enough are on/are interested.

I too have to take Baby Hunter through a few more story missions and Daddy Hunter wants another crack at lvl 34 PoE. :
Thought about making a Titan but, I simply cannot delete her (and I need to put some time into Project Cars - I cannot go through that grind again!)
I've been levelling up my oversoul edict (a truly horrible gun to use in normal missions/on patrol!) so, it had better shine with arc damage!

I found it quite effective in the HoW story missions paired with Patience & Time and Song of Ir Yut, but it's far from my favorite gun. Needs must however.Got the Hunter helmet, would have preferred the Warlock one.
Spent about two hours on the PoE final boss today. Abandoned the Titan bubble technique and had a lot more success. Didn't get Ship/Shader/Emblem for second character which I'm disappointed with (apparently you only get them once!). All I got was an Auto Rifle from the chest and another Last Word (2nd from level 35).
Up for some ToO later I think. I'll have a go but if it's extremely competitive ie, I'm not good enough, or I don't enjoy the game mode I don't know if I'll persevere.
PoE doesn't excite me. When there's a new raid and all fire teams were full, I'd be gutted that I couldn't get on. If I'd done the raid and got rewards, I'd happily run it again multiple times with no rewards. I'd make up the numbers for PoE if people needed a full team, but the idea of doing it multiple times just doesn't do it for me.

Nice one! I kept wasting my armour core on lucky dips (got a HMG today) which doesn't look too bad, except it's void with the disrupting Fallen Captains perk. Why on earth would you put those perks together? Arc, by all means. Unless I'm missing something of course.Now have 3 level 34 characters.
Bought another three helm engrams. Everyone and his dog seems to be getting The Ram and Celestial Nighthawk, but I got another Mask of Third Man, Obsidian Mind (both with inferior stats to those I already own), and finally got something new on the last go, having purchased six engrams total! Sadly it was only the Titan's new exotic helm, Eternal Warrior. It looks pretty cool, but the signature perk only provides you the benefit of selecting Unstoppable (which makes you harder to kill during your Fist of Havoc) in the Striker tree, freeing you up to opt for Shoulder Charge or Juggernaut. To say this is underwhelming would be putting it mildly, especially in exchange for 138 motes of light!
Sims: You're underwhelmed? I got a rocket launcher with 'deals extra moderate damage to Fallen Vandals'. A rocket launcher shouldn't need help taking out Vandals for fks sake.
Reese was laughing at me, then he got the same perk except it did extra damage to Shanks!!!!

Going backwards a bit but still in the hunt for the elusive Ghally, I've got a checkpoint at Ir-Yut that I need to complete on 3 characters, and also could do with the Gorgon checkpoint if anyones got it? Probably not got time to do the runs tonight but can nip on and share checkpoints etc if anyone is interested?
