As the name suggests, it also allows you to build and save weapon load outs (arc, void, solar, etc) which can then be transferred and equipped all at the same time to any character which is neat. I haven't tried this yet but the one thing I couldn't seem to do is to be able to view or edit a load out meaning that you have to remember what is in any given load out.
For me the fact that you don't need to remember who has what or where it is at any given time is a real plus and something Bungie should look at putting in their own App IMO.

Anyone fancy a 32 and then a 34 PoE run from 9pm onwards tonight? Need one more player to make up the team with me and my brother - I should be able to talk us through it, I've already done them both 3 times!

Well, had a bit of fun the Crucible today mainly playing Control trying to progress those exotic bounties and I realise that I may never finish that Thorn bounty with the weapons I have. Which is sad since I really want Thorn because it killed me tons of times 
That Vex Mythoclast is also a beast in Crucible.
I'm nearly half way to the Bad Juju bounty though so quite pleased with that although Thorn is sat at something like 28 / 500 and I think I'll have to change my play style significantly to move that on. I just die far too often.
Oh and all the elite PvP players are not in ToO, they were all on the opposing teams this afternoon

Done no raiding this week, which is a poor show!On the subject of ToO, I've done a few crucible matches over the weekend and my K/D has typically been around 1.6-1.7, though a couple of games did dip below that (trying out new weapons, they didn't make the cut!)so I'm not awful at PvP, but I just cannot seem to get any kind of rhythm going in trials. I've tried it with a couple of different teams (though none of the participants were noteworthy in terms of PvP skills) and always come up short, whether it be because someone chose to turn their mic off (yes, that happened one game) and then couldn't co-ordinate with the other two on the team, or someone chose to ignore all advice, attempt at tactics or strategy and simply try and lone-wolf it. Every. Single. Game.

Lone Wolfing simply doesn't work in Trials - even exceptional players with their supers (arc blade/golden gun) struggle to take out all three enemies if the enemies have even half a clue. You need to work together.
A good player rushing with a super whilst the other two back him up a little further back can work well, as can two players rushing one side whilst the third rushes unsuspected from the other also catches teams by surprise, but either way, you need to co-ordinate as 2 kills out of 3 is worse than none, if you die isolated from your teammates and leave one of their team alive to simply resurrect their teammates and then guard your ghost 3 vs 2.
One of our tactics was to wait until a titan had a bubble with blessing of light (Additional shield), which he popped as soon as the enemy appeared on the radar, then we all rushed forward and just took them on face to face, with our additional shields and being reasonable players, we won everytime.
