I know they're collected per character, but I'd hoped that collecting all of them across the account might be enough to qualify. After all, I do have them all. It's just that forty nine of them are on the warlock, and the only one that's missing is on the titan.
I'm always happy to run Normal King's Fall, so if you do genuinely want to see the raid in its entirety, I'm quite content to play sherpa.

Got a few things to do this morning / early afternoon, but how would folks be set for say around 2pm today? Let's try and get a group together then
Moog
Sims
LC
Stimps, you up for it?
Anyone else on here want to join in? I'm thinking Quivver, Penguin, Skeeterm, Speckle (tempt out of retirement ) or anyone who wants a crack so that we can get a full squad to head in
Must be light 335, have Malice, Spindle, all Raid weapons, run HM KF at least 10 times, flawless at Trials, any other ridiculous LFG requirements, etc ...... Joking

Absolute blast this afternoon, Destiny at it's best. Kudos to Sims and Shocks for their sherpering and advice and for LC turning up (eventually ) and causing much havoc - I've missed it
I still hate jumping sections mind, but the spikey knob section was a source of much amusement, eventually, after I'd got past it that is! Sword jumping a thing, who knew
Unlikely to be on tomorrow sadly, work dictates otherwise but I'd be happy to hamper another Raid effort if we could get another group together sometime

I got home later than usual from work today, so missed the stream and now see that servers are down for extended maintenance as well. Bah. All I want to do is shoot someone in the face, is that so much to ask?
Bah.
Luckily, my Warlock did manage to kick Golgoroth in his fleshy man-sacks on Monday night so my Year 2 Moments of Triumph are now complete. Yay! Plus, Iron Banner's back - allegedly. For those who are still chasing the (soon to be redundant!) 335 Light cap, IB is a great way to do it. The last two or three have dropped weapons and armour like candy, and the IB sets generally look pretty sweet as well. Hopefully the weapon rolls are good; I've got a great Finnala's Peril already, but my Deidris' Retort is very "meh", even if it does hit like a truck.

I've given up on 335, won't hit it and I'm cool with that. Never hit the cap at any other stage of Destiny aside from being a 32 on one character only before TTK dropped and since it'll be irrelevant again in about a month, not bothered. Huge aversion to the Crucible (just so boring if nothing else) so IB won't get a look in for me
I'll end up buying it of course, but I didn't get the most out of TTK and I suspect RoI will end up being the same. Be glad to see the back of Taken enemies though, they are right up there with the most annoying enemies in a videogame for me. Keksis, I'm looking at you and the Taken vandals & captains. Splitting Psions also hugely frustrating
Meanwhile, Deus Ex Mankind Divided is out next week which looks great plus Nuka World, a major expansion for Fallout 4 in a couple of weeks time too

Yeah, but neither of those let you Raid with us. That, and you get to tell LC what a bd he is when he punches you off a cliff whilst asking you about something in your inventory. I can't believe that trick still works!SimianWonder said:

He is a world-class quim.In other news, I am looking forward to the update. A load of us on here should get together upon raid release and have a blind attempt at it. Every time I've raided before it has been with experienced people who tell me what to do, so I've never experienced it fresh and had to figure out brand new mechanics. It's probably a very interesting, different and challenging experience.
Every time I've done a new raid I've gone in blind. It took somewhere between four to six hours to get as far as Golgoroth when I did King's Fall with my first party - all of whom had never done it before either. You need to set aside a lot of time if you want to go in with a fresh virgin group but it is a hell of a buzz.
Speaking of Raids, anyone fancy a go at KF this weekend? Say, 2.30pm or thereabouts?

That is very true and something Destiny excels at, the Raiding bit!As for LC and the punching shenanigans 1) I didn't think you could do that these days and 2) I can't believe I actually fell for it ..... such a noob
Nah, you'd be fine.
RoI will give us a few days to get geared before it drops the raid, and I can't play on the 20th anyway - it's the wife's birthday - so I daresay it'll be the following weekend before we hit it. You'll have a week to earn all that sweet, sweet new loot, get your Year 3 Gjally and get up to the light level requirement. Let's face it, if you go in blind you certainly don't expect to beat the raid on your first go!
