Got this over the weekend, after being a bit sceptical (I didn't like the Halo series much, thought it would be the same)

WOW. I'm engrossed! got up to Lvl 6 I think last night, I'm JWaller360 if anyone fancies adding me, haven't tried the online yet (apart from when I ran into a big firefight in my Single player campaign and helped them out)

Oh, and when I faced a ?? level dreg and realised that whenever I shot him it said "immune" - luckily someone came and dealt with him - felt like this moment from the simpsons


Can see me losing a lot of time to this game.

finally got to level 21 after ages of not getting any chest Armour with a light value. then went and tried the queens wrath mission thought this is easy until i got to the bos then bam bam dead well i wont be doing that on my own any time soon !

I'm looking to get a raid group set up on Tuesday's and Thursday's 8-10pm

Currently we have a regular strike group in myself, InnocentShadows and Tankslappa, we run most nights and have finished last 2 nightfall strikes.

Looking to find at least 3 more people to create a raid group. Can you put your GTs forward if your interested in been included.

I'm back on this after a week on Forza H2. Did A Strike and at level 21 I was well under powered. glad I had a few mates on Level 27 + to basically do it all for me

I'm going to struggle to be available reliably I'm afraid (and I'm underpowered at the moment).

I'm coming to the realisation that online coop gaming requires more commitment than I can give it.

I'm there, finally looked up raid guides and have a pretty good idea how to beat it.

Be good to beat it then do it on hard for the vex mythoclast

I'm up for joining a fireteam on most Tuesday nights(but not tomorrow) and Thursday nights from 8pm to do Night strikes/Tiger Strikes and VOG. I am a competent l26(nearly 27) Hunter. My GT is TheFugitiveMind, i've put in a request to join the Pistonheadsx1 clan.

I spent a week getting the Exotic Bad Juju pulse rifle only to find that it is absolutely awful as a gun, tiny mag, sometimes I have to use a whole mag on vandals or even Dregs. Rumor was they were going to fix it in the new patch, I waited, patiently, the patch notes were released and...

What a waste of time, don't get it, just don't, ever.
Not only does the gun take up half of the screen so your peripheral vision on the right is severely limited but the viewfinder is awful, the recoil is terrible, the perks aren't much use and the mag, oh man the mag....

Isn't the point to unlock the "mag refills on kills" perk, and then just make sure you're a good shot?

Haven't got there yet but I have read a number of rage posts online that say it's so hard to actually get a crit kill with it that the perk is useless
