I'm not bothered that nightfalls and Xur are already on the disk and pre picked but what I am annoyed about is the fact Bungie have done nothing about it since people have found out.

You would think a quick reorder would be easy.

was quiet last night so tried to get onto Roc with matchmaking and no one was on. tried a few times but was just me. i know it was monday night but no one. I was on my level 29 warlock so trying level 30 on my own was not going to happen

I've had 3 dashboard updates on my Bone in the last week, my wife noticed when the kids were trying to watch tv. She says she followed the onscreen instructions and after a few minutes the box rebooted and the tv came back on.

Anybody else had 3 updates in the last week? (mine's a day one running the preview dashboard)

No surprise then that my controllers have been disconnecting, party chat is fecked and in-game chat is glitchy.

I'm getting close to performing a full restore, but can't be arsed to reinstall the games as it takes so long.

Transfer your games to a hard drive, then restore takes about 20-25 mins

Mines on Instant-On, so updates in the background without me noticing automatically - generally overnight or while i'm at work.

Tried updating the controllers? that should solve the disconnecting?

I'm on preview and haven't been having any issues, so that suggests something local. If the preview updates are annoying you, turn it off?

I located an issue with UPnP on the XBO last night, where it does not release the UPnP leases when it enters standby thus giving a moderate NAT. Resolved by forcing the NAT to update/refresh (run multiplayer network test under settings, and once its finished, instead of selecting OK/continue press LT+RT+LB+RB)on the XBO and ended up configuring the router to DMZ it.

No dashboard updates at this end and I've a day one too. Do you fully power off your xbox when not in use? (Ours is in standby, so maybe updates in the background without us noticing????)

Odd, pretty sure I just leave mine on, wife is certain that she's had to update it three times in the last week.

Will pull the plug again tonight and give it one final chance before wiping it. Might try and get some better air flow for it as well, it currently sits on top of a Sky box that gets quite warm.
