Managed to get my hunter to level 4.5 on IB last night, so lvl 5 should only be a few games away.
I know everyone is whining about Thorn use all the time in crucible, but its that bloody Last Word that really gets on my goat. That gun shouldn't have much more range than a shotgun but getting sniped across a map by one being hip fired is infuriating. It desperately needs nerfing more than Thorn IMO.
To be honest I was getting so bored of using Thorn all the time I decided to switch it up for a few games and use MIDA instead and it was far more competitive than I initially realised. You just need to change your strategy slightly and keep more distance. When you land head shots you can see the stagger ability working, the enemy players head is bouncing all over the place and they can't land their shots on you. Good fun with radiant dance machines equipped too.

Just a heads up in case people haven't spotted but Variks is selling helmets with a decent Fallen perk - its the increased X and Super one....could be handy for future Skolas runs!
Might be on late tonight but if I am I'll have had a few beers so don't invite me to your fireteam :-)

Had some fun in Iron Banner last night.
Set myself a challenge to do the Thorn bounty from scratch........ using Thorn as my primary
Took around 3 hours and was tough at times considering everyone else is using Thorn.
Hardest part was soloing the Xyor Summoning Pits strike which took around half hour of playing it safe.
Epic is a great modifier, wish we saw it more often in the game to spice things up.

2. Arse! I'm at 413 points on the bounty the first time around...if I'd got it done I could have tagged along for a "free" Xyor
Some good fun on iron banner last night.
If any of you haven't tries mida yet give it a go, absolutely creams enemies from distance, most teams last night were using thorn and the mida was a refreshing change!!
Also managed to pop the final acheivement I needed for 100% completion !! Wooo
Tank, the game after you left I managed to get my 10 kills bounty completed also

Yeah you were fine once Tank stopped stealing your kills
Is bladedancer meant to be a one hit kill? It always seems to be when someone does it to me?
I had a lot of examples like this last night where what I thought was a clear/easy kill, turned out not to be.
I know he fires his super but even on "normal" enemies I often had to hit them twice to make sure...which wastes a lot of energy...

Well done wuddie. I tend to find that I complete Iron Wrath bounty straight away before all the others, or I'm struggling with it and it's the last one to pop.
This was the game I was referring to last night. Yes we lost, but there's only so much carrying that I can manage.....
